  3.          Now, let's use our device to design a cascode amplifier.
  4.     In doing this, we shall make use of the CEB (common-emitter
  5.     to common-base) command.  This will create the common-gate
  6.     configuration that we need for the second device.  We shall
  7.     also include some of the biasing circuitry so as to demon-
  8.     strate the use of the SER (series) command.  To begin with,
  9.     our circuit is:
