  2. The DXCC database has received a little tuning.  I'm waiting on the
  3. ARRL to publish an up to date Country List, at which point I will 
  4. incorporate the changes into the database.  I want to get the exact
  5. wording, dates, and prefixes for the changes before I make them.  I hope
  6. to be able to do it soon.
