  1. fixed word wrap in chat
  2. hopefully fixed user dump on uploads when time runs out
  3. Found type 5 error when <1> was found for files counter, tdoor now supports 
  4. both [1] and <1> formats.
  5. fixed new file tagging, wrong path was being entered in dl.lst for dsz
  6. If config file is not specified on command line tdoor will now default
  7. to use Tdoor.cnf.
  8. No more errors if files.bbs is not found
  9. Fixed screen display when hot keys are disabled!
  10. Fixed wrap around when tagging files
  11. Upload will not start till the user starts the transfer 1st
