  4. ORBS Release 1.2.0 corrects a minor problem which surfaced after ORBS
  5. was released on 8/31/87.  The problem surfaced when a listing traversed
  6. 2400 UTC.  Somehow, two program statements got lost in the shuffle, causing
  7. the problem.  These statements are now back in the program, and you'll 
  8. note that the module ORBP.TBC is now 14,184 bytes instead of 14,152.  This
  9. is the only change since the first release, other than the fact that the 
  10. ELEMENTS file is the latest, dated 9/20/87.

  12. To install ORBS, merely unARC all the files (into a specific directory if
  13. you're using a hard disk), and execute ORBS.  The menus will guide you
  14. through the rest.
