  3. Packet-GOLD Test Drive/Demo        Multi-Connect Allmode Software for AEA TNCs

  5. GOLDTD.EXE is a "Test Drive" of Packet GOLD ver 1.2. It is a self-extracting
  6. program that creates PKTDEMO.EXE several other useful files.  Packet-GOLD 1.2
  7. owners are encouraged to give this to friends who inquire about the software.

  9. Distribute the GOLDTD.EXE file. The documentation and other necessary files
  10. are contained in the self-extracting program.  Installation is easy:
  11.  
  12.    Hard Disk:  Copy GOLDTD.EXE to a subdirectory and execute GOLDTD
  13.    Floppy:     Put this disk in A: drive, Blank disk in B: drive
  14.                Change to B: drive and type A:GOLDTD [enter] to install on B:

  20. Note: You MAY have to RESET your TNC if you've run some other program prior
  21. to this test drive. Power off, and on the TNC, run the program, then
  22. use [Alt-F3] to enter direct terminal, type RESET, hit asterisks (*) until
  23. autobaud works. Then [Alt-F3] to leave direct term. Then use the [F10] key
  24. (our cmd: key), highlight STARTUP, hit enter.  Good luck & 73.
