This is how BBSERV works right at the moment. Read or GET the other files
on this disk for setup etc.
BBSERV runs from wakeup.bb as a DOS command whenever you specify. It may be
run manualy for the first few times to get familiar with it's operation &
be sure it's functioning properly.
1. It's setup program (setserve.exe) reads parms.bb for information needed
and asks you questions needed for it's own parameter setup file BBSERV.SET
Once it's configured **** Don't play in it !!! ****.
2. When it is called up it searches for the TO callsign or alias in msg.bb.
3. If it matches then it reads the subject & selects the routine requested.
4. It performs the routine or writes an error message & flags OK or ERROR.
using the existing message number & file.
5. It reverses the From, @From, Heir.addr.& creates a new file size & BID in
msg.bb.
6. It writes to it's own log a record of changes, requests & errors.
7. It cycles until all unkilled messages are done.
8. If you are running less than V2.11 you must load the altered msg.bb
file into memory when BBSERV is done, not needed in V2.11. This is done
with the GL command using wakeup.bb or manually if it was started this
way. If you have BBSERV.EXE in any directory different from "BB" then
you must specify it's path when calling it up.
