  6. The main menu is where you would start sending a fax.
  7.  
  8. There are two items here you need to fill in before you can start
  9. sending a file. The first item is the filename and the second is the
  10. phone number.
  11.  
  12. You supply the filename by typing in the name or choosing it from a
  13. list of files. You supply the phone number by typing in the number or
  14. by selecting them from your phone book. The bottom of the screen shows
  15. you want function key to press to do which job.

  17. The "File Type" item is for reference only. After you have press F2
  18. to send, BitFax will automatically detects the file type and shows you
  19. the type in this item.

  21. The "Start pg" and "End pg" are used if you want to send a portion
  22. of a multi-page file. This is useful if you have to re-transmit
  23. some pages because the other side has problem receiving them.
