  8. xwpe is a X-window programming environment designed  to  use
  9. on UNIX-systems. It is similar to 'Borland C++ or Turbo Pas-
  10. cal' environment. The  difference  between  the  programming
  11. environments from Borland an xwpe is that many compilers and
  12. linkers  may  be  started.  From  a  menu  three   different
  13. debuggers  can be chosen. And of course not only key strokes
  14. can select these options you can also use a mouse.
