  7. Pinnacle CDR4X4 is an OEM version of the Teac CD-R50S recorder.

  11. Installation of the CD-R5xS Compact Disc Recorder

  14. If you want to connect a CD-R5xS to your computer system, please refer to the
  15. User's Manual. It describes device and installation procedure in detail. The
  16. User Manual of your SCSI host adapter contains instructions on how to install
  17. an additional hard disk.
  18.  
  19. NOTE:    Power is supplied to the electrical components around the SCSI
  20.     connector. DO NEVER touch or contact them with an electrical conductor,
  21.     NEVER change settings of the jumper block, and NEVER plug or un-plug
  22.     the connectors while the power of your computer system is switched on.

  24. NOTE:    Synchronous data transfers between SCSI host adapter and CD-R5xS
  25.     should be enabled to improve the performance.

  27. NOTE:    In the case that you connect SCSI hard discs to the same SCSI host
  28.     adapter please choose SCSI ID 0 for the CD-R5xS and enable the
  29.     disconnect/reconnect function of the host adapter.

  31. NOTE:    If you connect the CD-R5xS to a PIO driven host adapter (in contrast
  32.     to a bus master controller) then the disconnect/reconnect function of
  33.     the host adapter must be enabled.
