  9. Last issue I put in a little survey to try and get an idea of what was 
  10. either right or wrong with Kelstar as a whole.I was pretty pleased with 
  11. the fact that 9 people took the time and trouble to fill in the formette 
  12. that I had included,and return it to me.
  13.  
  14. Before I go into the results of the survey I`d better announce first who 
  15. has won the prize draw.For those of you who missed last issue,I shall 
  16. explain.I took the 9 names,wrote them on a piece of paper,put them into an 
  17. empty 2 litre plastic lemonade bottle,threw it to my dog who then tore it 
  18. to pieces,and the first bit of paper that flew out had the name of -

  45. Eveyone who answered had read issue 1 first.Aha! I`ve no new readers.

  50. Most common answers here were either from me or from an ST contact.

  53. 3.DID YOU GIVE IT TO ANYONE ELSE,ROUGH FIGURE.

  55. Most people have given a copy to 2 or 3 others.Hey.excellent,I`ve got 
  56. about 25 readers.

  59. 4.WOULD YOU SPECIFICALLY LOOK FOR THE NEXT ISSUE.

  61. Everyone who answered reckoned that they definately look forward to the 
  62. next issue.I`m blushing now.

  65. 5.IF YOU LIKE IT,WHY DO YOU LIKE IT.

  67. Every answer said that they liked it because it was both funny and 
  68. different.Strange that,St Format reckon it`s crap for the same reasons.

  71. 6.FAVOURITE REGULAR ITEM.

  73. Biggest favourite here was Dr Bob,closely followed by Chit Chat.

  76. 7.LEAST FAVOURITE REGULAR ITEM.

  78. Ragin` Ron took a battering here with 3 people disliking it.2 people 
  79. weren`t keen on the motoring page,but the rest said they liked all the 
  80. regular items.

  83. 8.FUNNIEST ARTICLE.

  85. Chit Chat went down well again as did the " Eric " stories,but the top 
  86. answer,( Les Dennis impression there ),was Dr Bob.

  89. 9.CRAPPIEST ARTICLE.

  91. One mention of " Conversation ",( I thought that was funny ),and one 
  92. mention of the motoring page.The rest were happy with the lot.

  95. 10.WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE MORE OFF.

  97. Although the majority simply answered " the same ".Slightly more computer 
  98. related articles was mentioned as was some free PD.Well I can help with 
  99. the second one but I`ll need the help of some of the readers with the 
  100. first.

  103. 11.WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE LESS OFF.

  105. The only specific answer to this one was to tone down the language a bit.
  106. I had a think about this one and I feel that the way I write is really the 
  107. way I am.If I changed the language I use I couldn`t express things the way 
  108. I like to.I can see the point though and the only immediate way around it 
  109. is for me to suggest that the mag be listed in either PDL`s or in peoples 
  110. PD lists as an adult type magazine.I`ll think about this a bit more though 
  111. and go into detail in a seperate article.

  115. 12.DO YOU THINK THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH ST RELATED ARTICLES.

  117. There was a little sway towards more serious articles,but as I`ve 
  118. mentioned I`ll need some help with this one.I always have intended the mag 
  119. to cater for everyone,it`s just that I do not have the knowledge to write 
  120. about this area.If you can supply me with some of this type of article 
  121. I`ll be more than happy to include them.Nothing wrong with a mag that 
  122. caters for every taste.

  125. 13.HAVE YOU CONTRIBUTED TO OTHER DISKZINES ARTICLE-WISE.

  127. No surpises here,the majority have or do,enjoy writing for other mags.Good
  128. for you.

  131. 14.WHAT OTHER MAGS DO YOU READ REGULARLY.

  133. ST World,Warezine,ST Rumours and ST Format,who?,were all mentioned.

  136. 15.WHAT ASPECTS OF THOSE MAGS WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE IN KELSTAR.

  138. Concensus of opinion was that each mag should retain it`s own identity and 
  139. try to be original.Seems like a good idea to me.

  142. 16.HOW DO YOU PICK 6 NUMBERS ON THAT BLOODY LOTTERY.

  144. Well I tried all of the suggestions but as I`m still here and not in 
  145. Barbados,you can see they didn`t work.

  149. Well,that was it.I really enjoyed reading all of the replies and I will do 
  150. another survey in the very near future.If,in the mean time,you would like 
  151. to make any types of suggestions or remarks about any aspects of Kelstar,
