  12. Last issue I asked if you would prefer Kelstar to continue in it`s 
  13. present bi-monthy form or whether you`d rather have a monthly 
  14. magazine.
  15.  
  16. The overwhelming preference was that six monthly would be better.
  17.  
  18. Nah,I`m only kidding.The vast majority of you reckoned that a monthly 
  19. mag would be much better for reasons varying from easier to keep up 
  20. with the letters and messages sections,any news would be more up to 
  21. date,and it was just a basically better idea.

  23. Now,I`m keen enough to do this,but of course I will have to rely 
  24. heavily on you lot to supply me with your contributions in time to 
  25. have a monthly mag.I must admit that I do get a lot of stuff in the 
  26. first 3 weeks of the month anyway and so there might not be a problem 
  27. there.But please remember if you do want to have something included 
  28. for issue 5,then you only have the next 3 and a half weeks maximum to 
  29. get it on up to me.The same obviously goes for competition entries.

  31. What I think we`ll do is to go for a September issue and I`ll put that 
  32. out regardless,even if I have to fill it up with PD.If it turns out 
  33. that the September issue does not really work as a magazine then 
  34. we`ll revert to a bi-monthly issue.

  36. As I`ve said,I would personally rather go monthly but there is no way 
  37. that I can fill the mag to it`s usual capacity on my todd so I will be 
  38. relying on you to help me out.Of course if a monthly mag is what you`d 
  39. prefer anyway,you`ll already have sussed all this out.
