  11. CacheFont is a small patch that will dramatically increase the speed of
  12. font requesters. It cuts the access time of a font requester containing
  13. about 100 fonts from 14 seconds (without CacheFont) to half a second (with
  14. CacheFont).

  16. It has been tested extensively on many utilities and many computers
  17. without any problems.

  19. Version 1.1 fixes a bug with Tagged Font Lists. It should now work with
  20. most (if not *all*) software.
