  1. These programs are freely distributable for non commercial uses.
  2. While no usage fee is required, a "Shareware" fee of $10 is requested, 
  3. if you find that you use these programs on a regular basis.

  5. I intend to solicit registered users for input regarding future releases.
  6. Registered users will receive new releases prior to the general public.

  8. Any commercial use of these programs requires prior approval from the author.
  9. A one time support fee of $100.00 is requested, but not required, for
  10. commercial uses of these programs. Commercial use is defined as using these
  11. programs in a "for profit" environment. It also include using the programs
  12. on a "for profit" CD-ROM as an indexer for the end users of the CD-ROM.

  14. Inclusion of the A-Kwic archive, strictly for the distribution of these
  15. programs, on a commercial distribution, is NOT considered commercial usage,
  16. and is encouraged.
