  6. GoldED is a text editor for programmers. Suggested hardware:
  7. OS3.1, 68030, 2MB RAM, HD. Features: fast scrolling, folding,
  8. project management, DICE-C compiler frontend, ARexx port (410+
  9. commands), asynchronous printing, flexible GUI: any mode, any
  10. font, user defined menus, user-defined gadgets, preview mode,
  11. keymap editor. OS3.1 support (AppWindows, MenuHelp, HotKey),
  12. localized, ASCII character selection table, character set remap
  13. (e.g MS-DOS to Amiga), APC (automatic phrase completion),
  14. AutoCase (automatic case correction), smart indention after
  15. user-defined keywords, QuickFunc scanner (displays a table of all
  16. functions defined in your source code; language-independant),
  17. includes & AutoDocs reference function, file hunter, global
  18. search across file boundaries, macro recording, formatter,
  19. QuickStarter, AutoBackup facility, XPK-support, clipboard
  20. support, online spell checker, icon dock based on Stefan Becker's
  21. ToolManager. Additional tools: PCL (Laser/DeskJet) printing
  22. utility HiSpeed, Recover (recovers text buffers after reboot),
