  1.    MN3A is a program based on MININEC for design/analysis of wire antennas.

  3.    MN3A is freeware.
  4.  
  5.    Documentation is contained within the program.
  6.  
  7.    Run from CLI or Workbench.
  8.  
  9.    The program runs in its own 4 color screen.
  10.  
  11.    TOPAZ 8 or equivalent size font is needed for MN3A.

  13.    This directory contains a wire.inp file (a 3 wire beam antenna, scaled
  14.    for 29.98 mhz/10.0 meter wavelength. It would normally be driven by a
  15.    source at wire 2, pulse #8). It is a sample input file, not an optimized
  16.    design.

  18.  MN3A version 1.2 updates:
  19.  1. The latest version of HISOFT's BASIC compiler (v2.0) uses dynamic
  20.     memory allocation for arrays.  This feature now allows MN3A to have
  21.     user definable limits on wires and segments (limited by available RAM).
  22.     The new compiler uses a different format for storing numbers, so old
  23.     wire.inp files will not load into MN3A v1.2.

  25.  2. Standing Wave Ratio can now be calculated for a range of frequencies,
  26.     and plotted.
