Guess ZTT figures it a diminishing return/loss on suing them
The cover band is probably broke anyways...
But a scary letter from a Lawyer's Office might scare them!

No, the track is "Just Wave Hello" - which was lifted from her self titled
(first?) album "Charlotte Church".
BTW, what's happened to the TCH Archive Collection?!
Cheers

Subject: (ztt) Rip off FGTH! In Omaha!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Frankie Goes To Hollywood is supposedly playing in all places -
Omaha, Nebraska tonight at a place called the Music Box!
A local radio station has jumped on the bandwagon thinking this
is the real thing - this is really irritating. I mean Omaha is
growing and has a pop. of approx. 900,000 (metro), but I don't believe this is the real thing.
I WANT TO BURST THE BUBBLE! Does anyone has any definitive proof
that they do not have any license to use the name? Can we put a
stop to this ridiculous rip off once and for all?
I would be more than happy to get on this local station and discourage
people from attending if I could get some names or other facts of those in this rip off.
Please e-mail me within the next 4-5 hours.
Thanks!
John Heida, Jr.
