I still can't get past the intro web page @ www.propaganda.de. I get the
twirly logo with sound, but can't get further into the site. A prior
post asking whether others were having problems with this site did not
get a response. Is this site still "under construction"?

I've been trying to figure out what's up with this site since I first
found it about 2 years ago. The sound is a somewhat recent addition,
but otherwise it looks exactly the same as it did when I first saw it.
There doesn't appear to be anything else there.
I guess we'll just have to wait until they're ready to release more
music to see any updates.

Subject: (ztt) Propaganda/Brucken Video
Hello everyone;
About a year and a half ago, a list member (Dave Felstead) offered a
compilation featuring Propaganda, Act, and Claudia Brucken video clips
on a 3 hour video.
I bought a copy of this, and paid to have it converted into American
format. Now I can't find my copy of it, and I can't get in touch with
Dave.
Does anyone have a copy of this that they are willing to sell or
trade? I am in the process of getting a video of Art of Noise and
Frankie Goes to Hollywood that I would be willing to trade, or I'm
willing to pay cash.
Thanks;
Mike

Subject: (ztt) New US promos to watch for
The UNI/ZTT reissue solicitation does have some other interesting news.
Adamski's Thing will most likely be the next US release but it has been
pushed back. Originally, it was planned for the 20th of October as well.
Note the following:
"PROMOTION
*Special promo-only 12" will be serviced to clubs and mix shows with remix
versions from each band.
MARKETING
*12" Promo-Only will be service to Club DJs with original remixes from each
artist
*CD Samplers available through local ADRs for in-store play and giveaways."
Hmmm...keep an eye out for those promos folks.
Also, there is a bit of odd Soundscan sale information. Hear are the #1 one
Indexed Soundscan Markets for the following albums: (Does Indexed mean
sales? If so it's weird, look...)
Art Of Noise: Who's Afraid
#1 - Las Vegas
FGTH: Greatest Hits [which I just noticed they left off the solicitation
page]
#1 - Salt Lake City (???!!!)
808 State - Greatest Hits
#1 - SF-Oakland-San Jose
Propaganda - Secret Wish
#1 - Manhattan
#2 - Salt Lake City (???!!!)
Enjoy the news,
Mark Wasiel
