Subject: (ztt) Art of Noise
On the Art of Noise pages on the ztt website, they show some pictures of
a video shoot. I guess that means that it is ready to go! However, the
Virgin Megastore say that there has nothing been said about any release
dates for an album, and they usually know about 2 months in advance.
Anyone heard anything about the Propaganda project, beyond the "We're
Back" website? SOmeone on the list said that Darren from 808 said that
Propaganda were on Ztt, but they don't appear on the ztt Website so I
guess that its wrong. Any info in greatly appreciated.

well, propaganda WERE on ZTT :-)
anyway, does anyone have any proof (or even fairly solid rumour) that
the Propaganda website is anything to do with the band Propaganda,
rather than something else with the same name?

Hi,
In the next issue of Lexicon Glenn Gregory talks about, among other
things, his work with Cluadia Brucken. He says that work on the next
"real" Propaganda album is well under way.

Here's a post from last year, when this website was first discovered.
I haven't heard anything since.
Hi Group -
Well, I guess the email I got was _NOT_ a fake one (believe me, I had my
doubts). I couldn't believe the one I received today:
>Thank`s for your interest in Propaganda.
>We're currently writing a new album.
>The members of Propaganda now will be Claudia Bruecken,
>Susanne Freytag and Michael Mertens.
>Ralf Dorper is member of the group "Krupps" and will remain so although
>a collaboration in terms of writing may happen.
>
>Once we know which Record Company we will work with,
>the website will start to develop.
>
>Currently our server has a problem receiving incoming mail,so for
>another 3-4 weeks you may not be able to contact us.
>
>Music Works is my Production Company in Duesseldorf.
>
>regards,

>Michael Mertens
So there it is - a real Propaganda reunion... I am anxious to see what
comes out of this project. Since Claudia worked with Mertens on the 'Brain'
project, 'I'll Find a Way' could be a good indicator on how the album will
sound... but who knows. Either way, it's definately on my want list!
Later,
Scott

A happy new year to all you out there!
And best wishes to ZTT for their 3rd dimenson of being.
BTW, now that they've split from Warner, maybe 808 State could come back?
Cheers
Joerg
