  47.  - Sonic Youth: 100% single (haven't actually played it, but "Genetic" has
  48. been stuck in my head for days);
  49.  - v/a: Operation Beatbox (hooray for industrial-dance bands doing hip-hop
  50. covers!);
  51.  - Sensational: Heavyweighter (by far the best production job he's managed
  52. so far);
  53.  - Swans: Various Failures (melodramatic in the extreme, but awfully pretty);
  54.  - Tetreault/Drumm: Particles and Smears (snap-crackly-poppy goodness... my
  55. favourite Erstwhile disc other than the Haunted House one...);
  56.  - Thunderinas: Blower! (I've learned my lesson... no more crappy no-fi
  57. punk schlock from Homewrecker for me...);
  58.  - Mick Harris: Hed Nod Sessions 2 and 3 (why MCs aren't lined up around

  518.  - Sensational: Heavyweighter (by far the best production job he's managed
  519. so far);
  520.  - Swans: Various Failures (melodramatic in the extreme, but awfully pretty);
  521.  - Tetreault/Drumm: Particles and Smears (snap-crackly-poppy goodness... my
  522. favourite Erstwhile disc other than the Haunted House one...);
  523.  - Thunderinas: Blower! (I've learned my lesson... no more crappy no-fi
  524. punk schlock from Homewrecker for me...);
  525.  - Mick Harris: Hed Nod Sessions 2 and 3 (why MCs aren't lined up around
  526. the block to work with this guy is beyond me);
  527.  - Einsturzende Neubauten: Silence is Sexy (not only frilly and romantic,
  528. but also playful at times);
  529.  - John Zorn: Songs from the Hermetic Theater (accompanies late-afternoon
  530. filing chores quite nicely);
  531.  - Cubanate: Barbarossa (better-than-average British club fodder);
  532.  - Vandermark 5 and Chicks on Speed: assorted quasi-recent concert
  533. recordings (and an entertaining idea for a collaborative recording venture)

  535. Oh, and also the sweet, sweet purring of the quiet new power supply in my
  536. no-longer-constantly-shorting-out computer, which is why I'm posting to
  537. this thread almost a week after it got started.
