  23.      I'm hoping someone in the group can remember some details, I read in 
  24.      an interview several (maybe 10) years ago that when Dieter was a art 
  25.      student that he placed a plaque in a sidewalk somewhere in Europe.  
  26.      The plaque said that "Dieter Meier will stand on this spot for 15 
  27.      minutes on (date unknown)."

  29.      Has this happened?  Where was the plaque?  And what was the date?
