  6. Has anyone heard of The Investment Center www.investmentctr.com ?

  8. Are they are reputable company?  Anyone have any knowledge of them as an 
  9. employer or associate?

  11. I am exploring options.  Anyone have any ideas?  I'd like to stay in the 
  12. Seattle area preferably on the east side of Lake Washington.

  41. In the same spirit of inquiry, has anyone had experience with LifeUSA 
  42. Securities as a broker/dealer for an Independent Contractor needing little 
  43. from the "Home Office"?

  77. I don't know anything about www.investmentctr.com.  When you say you are
  78. exploring options, do you mean that you are looking for a new
  79. broker/dealer?  If so, I recommend my B/D, Linsco/Private Ledger.  I was
  80. drawn to them because of their independence (no proprietary products)
  81. and because of the independence I am allowed.  They have pretty good
  82. support, also.  Furthermore, they have a great money management program
  83. for fee-based money management.  They have offices all over the
  84. country.  If you've been in the business for a couple of years, and have
  85. more than $120K trailing 12-month compensation, you can open your own
  86. office.  Check out their web-site at www.LPL.com.
