Subject: (TrekTrade) WTT Cinema 2000 GOLD A8 Alice Krige autograph for BLUE A8 Alice Krige
Date: 04 Jul 2001 14:34:15 +0800
Hello everyone,
I have an extra Fleer/Skybox Cinema 2000 A8 Alice Krige autograph signed in GOLD, and I am looking for one signed in BLUE. If interested, please email me before Thursday, July 5.
I had requested BLUE from Skybox when I mailed in my redemption cards, but they ignored my request (or they are out). They also mailed me the wrong Reginald Barclay card (TNG Profiles, not the Cinema 2000), so I have to send that card back for replacement. If nobody responds, I'll send the GOLD back for a BLUE replacement.
Thanks for your time!
Greg

On that front I may be able to assist: it's quite possible they're out. I have it on very good authority that the Dwight Schultz cards were not only among the most rare of the redemption cards, but that he signed the minimum number of cards. That is that Schultz (and Daniel Hugh Kelley, in case anyone else is wondering)
only signed the 300 cards he was contracted to sign. It makes the Cinema 2000 autograph rarity thus:
Most Difficult to find: Patrick Stewart & Jonathan Frakes - 250 - 300
Next Most Difficult - Daniel Hugh Kelley & Dwight Schultz - firm 300
Slightly more common - George Takei & Nichelle Nichols - 300 - 500
Everyone else is more common.
But, as I said, it wouldn't surprise me if SkyBox is out of the Cinema 2000 Schultz autos, he signed ONLY 300.
Just helping the discussion out,
W.L.
