They are hardly great works of literature, but are a reasonable read.
The target reader is supposed to be 9-12 years old. There are
also the to-be-expected printing errors.

He does swap dialogue around as well as the plot, although the latter
sometimes corrects errors (Rameses comes to mind).
It is annoying though when *your* favourite scene is skipped though.

Elizabeth's last name was M'Bondo.
Stephen's last name was Jameson.
Thought that needed clarifying after looking back though some messages on this
list- they aren't at all easy to get right from the pronunciation on screen.
