Well I was fortunate to be one of the winners of passes to check out the
screeing in Hollywood and it was a good time. The big question is why
did Sarah leave before the movie started. 7pm and people start showing
up. 7:20 and Sean Patrick Flannery shows up. I guess I missed but
somewhere Alyson Hannigan snuck in but I managed to get autograph after
the movie when everyone grouped aruond her. She looked very casual until
you saw the red hair. About 7:30 and Sarah shows up and stops to pose
for the photogrophers and interviewers. I got a few pictures but I doubt
they will come out good because of where I was. When I got near the door
security told me to put it away so that killed that plan and we went in
the theater. 7:45 and Sarah walks in , about 10 seats and 3 rows away,
or about 13 feet, she stops and sees someone she knows. She goes to the
middle rows of the reserved section and the lights go down, and come on
about 3 times before she grabs the guy shes with by the hand and
leaves. Now does anyone here have any "sources" close to Sarah that
might know why she left her own movie premier? Hey list editors, do you
have any connections that may know? Was she nervous? Did she see
something she didn't like? The theater wasn't packed, about half full.
Or did someone, a heckler, maybe say something Sarah didn't like? Who
knows, but thats my Hollywood experience. BTW, the movie was very good,
more of a date movie.

    Well I just got home from seeing Simply Irresistable and I have to say
that I am terribly dissapointed! Sarah as usual turned in a great job acting
but...... the story was so poorly written I still can't believe I sat

the whole movie! It was very boring! Dont get me wrong Sarah was great and

looked absolutely gorgeous through the entire movie but I have a feeling

chance to see Simply Irresistible at a preview screening last night and it

really cute and charming.  Sarah is amazing, and the rest of the cast is

really great couples movie and such, I'm not sure how well it will do.  I

               I just saw "Simply Irresistable" last night and I loved it.
Sarah's acting was great as was the rest of the cast.  She looked cute too,
althought I think I like her as a blonde better.  The only thing I didn't

about the movie was the writing, I mean in the beginning it seemed like it

going to suck.  But after a while, Sarah was really gorgeous and she pulled

Simply Irresistable is the worst movie that I have ever seen in theatres. No
plot, poor directing, a horrible story. I was laughing so hard at this

I would think that meant that it was very unremarkable (in other words bad)

Hey everyone,
I want to publicly apologize for not fixing the Calendar on s-m-g.com,
that caused several people to go to New York and wait for Sarah outside
of the MTV Studios for Total Request Live and visit the studios for the
View.

It actually makes sense why these appearances were nuked. Since the
release date of SI was moved up a week, Sarah had to attend the premiere
party (or, rather make a short appearance and then leave as reported by
Steve) in LA on Thursday. That would make it pretty difficult for her to
do 2 appearances the next day on the other coast in New York. She
probably had filming for Buffy or something else to attend to anyways.

To answer your question I would imagine that Sarah bailed from her own
premiere because while going through the editing and cutting process (not
her doing the cutting) she would have seen the movie so many times and she
had simply become bored with seeing it over and over again, therefore she

I saw it this weekend. I also read reviews that trashed the movie, but
doesn't
that always happen? I didn't really like the movie but I thought Sarah was
excellent in it. She shows true range of characters. I also thought she
looked
spectacular with her red hair. I guess this is more of a date movie, so I
would recommend seeing it if you like romantic comedies. Also, did anyone
else
see SMG on the cruel intentions special on snowed in MTV? Basically it was
her, reese, ryan, and selma talking about their characters and then talking
to
some big birch locals who got a private screening of the movie.

Yeah you can tell why, cause it was kind of a (minor) major plot point. I've
seen it 3 times already and I loved it each time (except for the Angel guy's
bad acting) I can't wait for the DVD to come out. I don't know why every
critic is trashing the movie, cause it is very good except for like a couple
scenes where Flannery acted a little stiff (only 1 or 2 scenes, and they
could have been done again), but other than that I really liked it. I think
to be a movie critic you have to hate movies, thats why I firmly believe
that a movies review should not be made public till after the opening
weekend cause some people will listen to a critic instead of judging for
themselves whether a movie is good or not.

    Well I just got home from seeing Simply Irresistable and I have to
say
that I am terribly dissapointed! Sarah as usual turned in a great job
acting
but...... the story was so poorly written I still can't believe I sat
through
the whole movie! It was very boring! Dont get me wrong Sarah was great
and
she
looked absolutely gorgeous through the entire movie but I have a feeling
that
alot of fans are going to be let down!
 Oh well It's just my opinion I could be wrong!

The reason you didn't like it is probably because it's a "chick flick".
Personally, I think it was a grand movie (even though it was a little
corny) and that Sarah did a great job, as always.

BTW, now might be a good time to introduce myself. I'm a big fan of
Sarah's and can't wait for CI to come out.

One more thing, is anyone watching Buffy this week? I always do because
Sarah's in it. This week's episode looks to be a lot more promising than
"The Zeppo".

I totally agree with Mrblonde 90 .That was the dumbest movie I have ever
seen!
If Sarah had not looked so gorgeous in it I would have left way before the
end! I can honestly say that was the 1st time I have ever been to a movie
where so many people left! There was at least 10 people who left early maybe
more! I can understand how everybody still wants to see it because of Sarah,
but let me tell you this movie was pitiful!

I'm not sure on the accuracy of that, because I'm a big video game
fan, and I get 2 video game magazines every month via subscription,
and both of them (GamePro, and EGM) have stated that the leads for the
Resident Evil has not been chosen.  Also, there have been rumours that
Jennifer Love Hewitt might be the lead in that movie as well.  So I
guess we'll have to wait and see. I personally would like to see Sarah
in the movie.  On a side note, I saw Simply Irrestible, the other day,
and for anyone in doubt about the quality of the movie, it was good,
not because of the plot, but because Sarah is in it.  If Sarah wasn't
in the movie, it would have stunk, but the fact that Sarah is in it
makes the movie an excellent one.

movie as crap as the original Buffy and I'd go and see it, as to Sarah
