  5. Wow!  A lot has happened during the last month since we finished moving
  6. into our new warehouse in Logan Utah.
  7.  
  8. Since we now have enough room that we don't have to go outside to change
  9. our mind, we have started to add new products to our line up.
  10.

  14. We have added two new coursnesses of salt.  You can now choose from a
  15. course salt, a medium salt and a fine salt.
  16.  
  17. We now can handle Melt & Pour soap base in a much bigger way.  This has
  18. allowed us to drop the price and also add a white soap base to the
  19. transparent soap base that we already have.  Melt & Pour soap base comes in
  20. 32 oz, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 25 lbs and 50 lbs sizes.

  22. We now have Hemp oil.  This is a must if you are into exotic creations and
  23. oils.
  24.  
  25. We have a new European Tube container.  It is a 4.5 oz container that is a
  26. translucent plastic (like our frosted bottles).  The really neat thing
  27. about this is that the dispensing cap is not the top of the bottle, but the
  28. bottom.  This keeps your lotion or soap gel next to the cap, ready to
  29. dispense without having to shake the bottle.

  31. We also have several new fragrance oil and four new essential oils.  The
  32. fragrance oils are English Violets, Dewberry and JamBerry.   The essentials
  33. are Litsea Cubeba, Citronella, Balsam Peru and Ylang Ylang Burbon.

  35. We also have added scrubing additives such as ground luffa and ground
  36. apricot seed.

  61. Hello Friends-

  63. Just wanted to announce we finally came to an agreement on the 
  64. winners for the" How Does Your Garden Grow" soap swap. It really was 
  65. meant to be the June swap but, with our move it actually ended up 
  66. being more like a July swap. You can check out both  winning recipes 
  67. in the recipes section of our web site, they'll be under "swap 
  68. winners".

  72. Helping Hands Garden Soap-
  73. was created by Sharyl Fuller at Celestial Creations.  Sharyl's soap 
  74. was adorable, it was in the shape of a small flower pot and packaged 
  75. in a hand stamped bag tied off with a peice of jute.  Way to go 
  76. Sharyl!

  78. Country Lavender-
  79. was created by Wanda Pirson, our first Canadian winner.  Wanda's 
  80. lavender soap wooed even the anti-lavender gal we have around the 
  81. warehouse (Tina).  I absolutely loved the way the crinkle cut soap 
  82. looked in the purple wrap and the navy tie. I think Lavender soaps 
  83. should be a requirement for every bathroom owner.

  107. MMS      SEPTEMBER " AUTUMN HARVEST"  SOAP EXCHANGE-

  109. THEME:       "Autumn Harvest" will be the theme for the September 
  110. Soap Exchange.
  111.     As our summer draws to an end here in Utah I find myself 
  112. anxiously awaiting the
  113.     signs of autumn. The changing color on the mountain trees and 
  114. the college students
  115.     returning are a few of the items that always mark this time 
  116. of year.  We are sure
  117.     you too are seeing signs of fall in your area as the plants 
  118. always give the signs
  119.     before the leaves change color.  Take a few ideas from your 
  120. unique locale an design
  121.     an autumn harvest celebration for this swap.

  123. ***         Did you know we have been advised our mountains could get 
  124. snow this weekend?!  Gadzooks!

  127. WHAT:    Each participant will need to send eight bars  of soap along with the
  128.                recipe for their creations. It is a requirement that 
  129. all 8 bars are all the same.
  130.                (Recipes are not required but they really add to the 
  131. fun of the whole swap experience.)  A
  132.                booklet will be put together for each member containing 
  133. recipes from each participant.
  134.                Please send your mailing address and recipe via email 
  135. so I can just format away! <G>
  136.     A check or money order in the amount of $4.30 in U.S funds 
  137. must also be included in each
  138.     box. This money will be used to cover the shipping costs on 
  139. your return packages.  To
  140.     ensure this amount will cover shipping costs keep soap sizes 
  141. in the range of 2-4
  142.     ounces per bar.  Thank you for your consideration.

  144. WHEN:   This swap will run for the month of September, all soaps will need to
  145.                 be to me by the 26th of September.  I will get 
  146. booklets ready and ship the boxes back
  147.                 out by the first or second week of October.
