  44. ....by Elizabeth Ruuska!  She sent a gorgeous, elegant card.  The left side
  45. is folded over and a large fancy gold heart is embossed then she cut around
  46. the heart and the side with what looks like Ripple Fiskars.  On the right
  47. side of the card is a strip of paper that has realistic roses all over it. 
  48. I think it's HOTP.  Sorry, this is my first card description and it might
  49. not be very clear.

  111. To find out if ANY paper is acid free, just buy one of those PH detector pens.
  112. They sell them at most stamp stores, craft stores and even Wal-Mart.  I think
  113. they're only about $3-4.  That way you can test anything you're not sure of.
  114. As for the rest.....I'm not a scrapbooker so I don't know.

  236.     It is rainy and super-windy in my area of NJ today. I just got in from
  237. chasing my trash can down the street where it rolled and blew in the
  238. wind after the recycling truck picked up today. I put seed out for the
  239. birds at the feeders, peanuts out for the squirrels and then came back
  240. inside. I was cold and wind blown and soggy and not in the best frame of
  241. mind and decided to sign on to get my email. There was a virtual card
  242. for me, so I went to get it right away! My SS had sent me a lovely
  243. bouquet! Such beautiful flowers and the thought behind it just made me
  244. smile! I also learned my January package is on the way! Thanks, SS, for
  245. such a wonderful pick-me-up on this gray day!!

  264. Check out some of the soy based products.  They are usually low in fat,
  265. and soy is good for you.  We're vegetarians and I too have to lose LOTS
  266. of weight.  I've found some of the vegan salad dressings are real low
  267. fat and VERY tasty and you'll be able to use them with meat meals
  268. because they contain NO animal products.  Morningstar Farms has a fake
  269. "bacon" that is vegan.  It cooks up quick (I put it in the oven on a
  270. cookie sheet), is not greasy, crumbles nicely and tastes GREAT!  And, of
  271. course, its not made of pork (or any meat for that matter), so you could
  272. eat it anytime!  Another thing to add with the "fakon" is swiss chard.

  541. I like sauteyed mushrooms and onions with a little bit of season salt on them
  542. I like a little bit of cheese and if you have to have it you can get some of

  544. low fat cheese.
  545. Also bacon bits are ok for some flavor and there is no actual bacon in them so
  546. don't worry about them
  547. I like to steam potatoes in my rice and vegtable steamer but the best way to
  548. eat em is with herbs like rosemary and chives or a little dill.  try new
  549. things like a little chili powder or some fat free yogurt mixed with some good
  550. seasons.  ( haven't tried yet but trying to think up ideas

  1088. to use Aleene's Tack it Over & Over to your pins so you won't poke 
  1089. yourself with the pins when you attach them?

  1116. Most of the companies also include other items "on approval" and you'd
  1117. be obligated to return the extra items at your own expense if you didn't
  1118. want to buy them too.  This can readily add a few more dollars to the
  1119. expense of getting the stamps.

  1121. I'm willing to guess that "Harris" and "Mystic" and other
  1122. well-established companies still advertise in the back of Boy's Life
  1123. Magazine, which can be found in the children's section of most public
  1124. libraries.
