Hi Everyone!
Lots of good news here!
Non Sequitur will have the following specials for the month of March only:
1. First of all, the sale coupon for 25% off on mounted stamps and 10%
off on unmounteds is hereby extended through the month of March, even if
the date says it has expired. This because a lot of people grumbled
about not being able to take advantage of the sale in January --too close
to Christmas.
2. Buy one A stamp... get the SECOND one FREE.
3. Buy one B stamp... get the second one FREE.
4. Unmounteds will be 25% Off. :) :) :)
Sale ends last day of March!
Remember we now take Visa or Mastercard. A reminder though: Please do
not send me your credit card info via e-mail. You can fax it at
615/540-0054. The fax is via modem so it will not work while I am "on
line".
Also: Our home page has several pages of art work to inspire you. You
need not read anything else.. you can click straight on to the art pages.
Address: http:/edge.edge.net/~rotramel/
(Yes, "edge.edge" that's not a mistake! :)
I hope I made your day!

> Stamp out Depression
HEY ANN!!!!
YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DAUGHTER'S MISTAKES!!!! Depressed?
Yeah, you're allowed - your life is on the skids for the moment. But
DON'T drop out because you're feeling down...this is the time for
friends! I've just started "talking" to the folks here on the list,
instead of lurking, and I can tell you that you'll find no better
friends than right here! Maybe we're not there to have coffee with you
and let you cry on our shoulders, but we're as close as the nearest
screen and keyboard, and we're hee to listen! I'm sure many people here
will agree. I've been here about a month, and have seen the support
given to others, and I've been on the receiving end of people's advice
and support as well, when I talked about my little boy's problems. No
one can solve your problems for you, but this is the place for oodles of
advice and support. Don't drop out! We're here to help you get through
the depression...if you need to talk, TALK - reach back when we reach
out - because we're reaching back as you've reached out.
I can understand your not wanting to look at stamps right now - a year
ago (almost exactly) my mom had a lung removed, and I could not get with
the stamping at all. I left it for months, and when I went back to it,
it was to make a birthday card for my father to announce that I was
pregnant. That was the turnaround. Your daughter will have to face the
music, and if you want to help her, that's your choice. But things WILL
get better - they always do. And you have friends to talk to. Please
don't be down on yourself - you didn't have anything to do with Tracey's
mistakes. Don't think of yourself as the mom of a felon, either - we
don't think of you that way.
Please, take care, and email if you need to talk.
Best wishes,
Lissa

Special... 10 (approx) 8" x 11" + 10 2" x 8" ...$22.50 Total
including shipping. Want our catalog and free die, too? Just
tell me and it's yours.
3 D vinyl...the funky stuff that plays with your eyes and mind and
is sooooo much fun to use with your cards and stamps. Can't
explain it or describe it, but will try! It's a clear vinyl that has oval
bubbles in it that catch the light and create illusions of depth. If you
layer an image on top of it...the image appears to sink down into it.
On the reverse side of the vinyl...the image appears to float above.
What to do with it? Use your imagination! It can be used over
stamped images, under stamped images, and around stamped
images. You can also stamp on it with dye or permanent inks...but
don't try to heat emboss it, it melts. However...hmmmm...that could be
a very creative 3D effect, too!
It's smashing in window cards! Appears to pop right out of your
cut-out shape in 3-dimension.
Angelhrt says...
>I love to use that 3-d vinyl to make little add ons for the cards. I
>stamp little butterflies, small flowers, seashells or whatever, color
them in with pigment ink pens, and cut them out. It makes a really

ideas!
