Okay all you vendors out there in cyber land...I have this problem. I
have a stamp from Stamp Camp that does not fit on a sheet of HALOS. It
is an image of a winged dragon flying off with a woman. The image fits
on the HALOS sheet length wise...but not width. Does anyone sell HALOS
sheets in any larger sizes? I hope so cuz' I am dying to use this stamp
and really don't want to have to mount it using another system...HALOS
is my preferred choice. TIA

Subject: RS: COMM: Suzy Zoo Arrives
Suzy Zoo and her family of stickers has arrived. For now it will be
just a short stay, but with your help she will be here for a long time to
come.
I have made up a few grab bags to help you become familiar with Suzy and
her family.
I have for now, about 22 small sampler grab bags of 25 stickers each.
The cost of these is $6.00 each, and that includes the shipping. You can
order two bags and not receive any duplicates.
I also have about 8 each of full sheet ( about 4 x 6") packets in two
styles.
The first is a Suzy and friends packet of 8 sheets for $3.75 including
shipping.
The second is a holiday packet of 13 sheets for $6.00 also including the
shipping.
For those of you familiar with Suzy, each sticker or sheet has a number
on the bottom of it. If you have any that you want specifically, we can
order them for you and will as soon as our catalog gets here. If after
receiving your sampler packet you want more of certain ones, the same
thing applies.
We will be stocking as many as we can, and I anticipate ordering every
two weeks or so for those special orders at this time. In addition to
the stickers, we will also be carrying note pads, stationery, cups, etc.
For now, I am working from an old catalog. When my new one arrives, I
will be able to put together a black and white catalog of all the images
and products available to me. At this time I do not know what the cost of
the catalog might be, but will post this as soon as it is available.
I'm asking all you Suzy fans out there to help me out and get this new
line off and running. If there is anything you want specifically let me
know.
All orders and inquires will be acknowledged and shipped upon receipt of
payment (cash, check, or money order) sent to:

GIGGLES, PUT THOSE PACKETS DOWN. THEY'RE NOT FOR YOU! THEY'RE FOR MY

Hi:
I have been sent on a mission by another stampin' buddy who is not on the
list but figures you guys might be able to help. She is looking for a
"compressed sponge" that is put out by Marvy Uchida. She thinks she saw
it demo-d on a Dee Gruenig video. She found it on Aleene's website, I
think. But thought you might be a better to get it from. Do you know what
she is talking about? Because I sure don't but I gather it is used for
doing cool backgrounds and such. If you know what this products is.
Please e-me with all the particulars (price, shipping, do you take plastic,
IF you send to Canada etc.)
As always,

From: "C & R Fleener" <crfleen@moscow.com>
Subject: RS: Rosemary's SS package! long
I got home on Friday, and there was this package waiting for me. I was
really surprised, as I had very recently received a great box full of
goodies from my SS, wasn't expecting another one so soon! But there it
was, and just in time for Easter!
But before I get excited about revealing the contents of this package, I
must admit to an incomplete description of my last SS package. There was
this great sachet with a wonderful verse about secret pals on it. And
attached was the most elegant little rose pin. Kinda goes with my name,
doesn't it. I love it. There was also a bag of um's, and a package of
stampable gift tags. You have created a um monster with your generous gift
of HALOS back in January. Can't get enough of the little buggers!
Now on to current events!
This box was stuffed full with Easter goodies, with everything wrapped in
this great Easter tissue! A BIG tin of cappuccino mix, an envelope of
instant mocha (you take good care of my coffee addiction!). Each of the
kiddoes received an Easter basket with wonderful goodies, including big
chocolate dino eggs. I am very intrigued by the Tea Mate spoons. They are
spoons that look like they have been dipped in different flavored sugars.
It looks like you stir them in your tea to flavor and sweeten it. There
are 4 of them, all different, and I can't wait to try them! A bag of jelly
beans that I insisted to the kiddoes was mine :) An egg-shaped box of
Russell Stover chocolates (never even let anyone else see those!). And
stamping stuff, too! A bone folder (this is great), a roll of dark blue
corrugated paper, star-shaped cards (like gift tags...have an idea for
these for summer cards), a stampable leather frame (been wanting to try
stamping on leather, so this is great!), and a horse stamp from Stampendous
showing a mare and foal, in a circle. It's made to be used with their
circular etchling stencils. This is going to be fun!
And the best part is this really cute card. She's stamped and colored this
hilarious bunny with Easter eggs, cut him out and layered him onto blue
paper shred. This is all attached to a bright yellow cardstock with the
Bunny poop saying. And inside is attached a little baggie with tiny jelly
beans and more blue shred. I have shown this card to so many people. It
makes me giggle every time!
Thanks again SSS for a very fun package. Hope you had a great Easter.
Rosemary

From: Janet Detter Margul <janet@dallas.net>
Subject: RS: ADM: Huh? Majordomo results
Goodness, I've been meaning to write you all about this all week.
The list isn't closed, nor is it moderated. (Not that anyone asked that
last one, but it felt like it was time to say it anyway.)
However, we have been having trouble with bum addresses somehow getting
added (and then added and added each time I'd delete them), so we've got to
a manual approve system.
Doesn't really mean anything to you all other than a delay in when the mail
starts. Contrary to rumors, I do have a life off the list. (Had to revise
that, I almost put "a life off-line" and that's not exactly true.) But I do
check several times a day and approve anything that comes in.
It DOES mean something to me, but after a week of it I've got a process
down so it's not quite as time consuming as it was to begin with. Still a
pain, but what else can you do?
And yes, people with full mailboxes more than a day (or more than 300
bounce messages to me) get a free trip to bye-bye land, but as soon as the
mailbox is cleaned out, come right back home!
(This sounds soooo cutesy, but I can't say certain words like the s*b one
and the uns*b one or I'll get my own post caught in my own mail filter and
that irritates me more than I can say in polite society. Seems like I
should be able to remember and write around those key words. Another one
that people get caught on is "help" in the subject line. Avoid that.)
Oh. I just read that again. I guess this IS a closed list now, since every
you-know-what does have to pass through my hands. But I'll approve
anything. :)

Subject: RS: Received Swap Garden Grow
HI All
I received the cards from the How does you garden grow swap hostessed by
Eva. Thanks for hostessing and for the little stencil thing and
stickers.
Linda Case did a card on blue CS with a little wheeelbarrel charm on it
and a neat topiary of flowers a cat and a birdhouse. Another stamp I'll
have to have. Very nicely colored and on white and mounted onto the
cs. Gardening tips inside.
susan Curtis used a beautiful garden frame with tulip confetti inside a
modified shaker. The frame is beautiful colored and becomes another one
I'll have to add to my list. Od dear.
Robin Cramer used the Art Gone wild seed packes with dragon seed. I've
got this one but what she did with it is just wonderful!! Love that
idea so I'll be importing that to make better use of this stamp set.
Thanks so much.
Martina Gilley used a cute Penny Black hedge hog stamped and colored on
tan cs the mounted on a darker color. Very pretty and well done with an
added touch of a button and raffetta ribbon.
Barbara Schuck used an assortment of gardening items colored, cut out,
then mounted on green cs outlined with a stitch pattern then the pieces
were cut out again and mounted on a background splashed white cs.
Really nicce.
Thanks to all this was a fun swap!!
