flames. I see the first sentence and just use the delete key. There are many
of us who do not participate in this and really appreciate the input from
people like you and Sandi Marr, who I also wish would stay. The majority of

please focus on this and stay. If we all just use our delete key and stay

I'm going to follow on Sandi Marr's heals. I have more important things to
do with my time, like rubberstamping, than to read a lot of bickering and
notes that should be sent through private email.
I also don't have the time to read the 400+ posts a day, especially when
only a tenth of them (if that much) pertain to RSing.
To those swap hostesses whose swaps I'm in, don't worry, I will definitely
fulfill my end.
Ta, it's been swell

Hi.,
This list is getting too Bitchy for me, I have enough problems without all the
crap that
has been happening lately on the list.
It has now got to the stage where I dare not post anything for fear of someone
flaming.
you can't even post stamping ideas without someone saying it's their ideas,
and silly me
thought this was a Rubber Stamping list, just goes to show how wrong people
can be.
I am sure I will be back, but only when the bitching has ended, life is too
short for
all this crap, why can't we just enjoy each others company and ideas, each
others
humour, each others sorrow, please please for goodness sake, WAKE UP TO
YOURSELVES.
And for those who care, and I know some of you do, I go into hospital on
Thursday, I am
sure Mandy will let you know how I am, but please don't flame her for letting
you all
know via the list. I think it would be just too much to post to those who
have been
wonderful and caring (and you all know who you are) individually.
The only thing I will miss is the postings from my SS, but I am sure someone
will let me
know.
I have enjoyed the year I have been here and I have found a lot of 'friends
have never
met' and hope to keep in contact with you. But really this list has got to
the stage of
' who can be the bitchyest', and there is NO need for it.
Thanks to those of you have TRIED to keep this list a Stamping and pleasant
list to be
on but I really think you are 'Flogging a Dead Horse'
Take Care

Actually, it doesn't say what kind of envelope. Personally, I think that
it is well within the parameters of the game to stick it in a clear
plastic envelope - the kind that some of the vendors are now selling with
a sealable strip at the top. It's basically a sealed envelope - but I
don't know whether the USPO will agree that it's an envelope.

Not at all. If you read the Acey Deucey catalog, there's a page where
she tells you that she designed a series of mimbres animals that she got
in a dream. When I was in my very musical phase many years ago I would
occasionally wake up from a dream that I was composing music, and I would
be able to reach that music for several hours. None of them actually
made it to paper, unfortunately, but they were wonderfully empowering dreams.
At the moment, I don't dream images, but there was a stamp convention in
my dream Sunday morning. Must be because Florida is swiftly approaching.

Once again I am sorry for any inconveniences.

- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sheryl,
StamPurr asked if I would send the original post regarding Michael to you.
Here is what I had written. Thanks for your concern. Sheila
***********************************
I have a favor to ask of those willing. A co-worker's son was
severely burned in a house fire. The co-worker himself was burned
trying to save his son. Little Michael Jr. is three years old and has
been in Shriner's hospital for about 3 weeks and will continue to be
there at least 3 more. The family is living at the hospital as their
house was destroyed. This co-worker is one of the happiest, sweetest,
caring men I have ever met. He always has a smile on his face and a
compliment to give. He often spoke of his wife and how he would buy
her flowers, leave her notes and even one time when she was out of
town and he couldn't wait up for her, he put rose petals from the
front door, up the stairs to the bedroom where there were another
dozen waiting! I tell you-he is a rare find! He just brightens my day
whenever I talk to him and to have this happen to his family, is hard
to understand.
Anyway, I thought that Michael Jr. would enjoy getting some stamped
cards. I am making up a little stamp kit for him and after he gets
that, it would be neat for him to receive cards.
If you would like to send him a card, here is the address:
Michael Smith Jr.
c/o Shriner's Institute
Room 312
3229 Burnet Avenue
Cincinnati, OH 45229
Thanks for reading this. I've read similar posts and it seems like
this is also a caring, sweet bunch of people and this little boy sure
needs some angels like those on this list! Thanks.

Even if you can't remember where the original idea came from, it's always
nice to let everyone know that the information you're passing along was
shared by another generous stamper. I'm the world's worst at remembering
exactly where I got an idea, but I always state that I can't remember the
original source and this gives that source the opportunity to jump in and
take the credit that he or she deserves. I'd probably fall over dead if I
ever came up with something on my own.

Hi Elaine! If you mean me, the envy I used was one of the clear
envys from (I think) Impact Images and I think they are great.
I do use them a lot and the p.o. does take them, because they
always end up at their destination! They are resealable too,
don't have to be cut open.

I misused it I'm sorry.
Oh well here is a saying, author unknown, that I had seen or heard and I
thought with some of the various talks about businesses, or dealing with
children, or going back to school that it was appropriate.
