Hi Carole,
I just bought what is called yo-yo stamps. I got a cat, a bunny, a bear.
They are drawn so that a round object could be put in the middle of the
animal. They call them yo-yo because of the fabric yo-yo's. Do you know
what I mean? besides buttons and yo-yos, you can use candy, coins , pom
poms ,anything round that will fit in the center. They have large and
small yoyo stamps. I got the small ones to see what they are like . I
love the look but I am into 'cute' card looks. they have many creatures :
snowman, turkey,santa,mice,witch,clown,bear,cat,bunny,angel
doggie,bee,frog,penguin,elf,leaf w/ stem. Karen Harris is the vendor and
Limited Edition is the stamp co.

In rubberstamping experience I:

my mom I've known about stamps for several years, but actually thought
she was completely crazy - and the vulcanizer was so stinky it would
stink up our whole house, but now that I have my own kids and family and
VULCANIZER I have seen the light!! I am fully repentant and have mended
my ways!
In anything I may be sent by anyone, I'd prefer to get:
handmade things stamping supplies

Some of my favorite RS manufacturer/vendors are: HALOS (of course)
My favorite stamping technique is: Using stamps to decorate my scrap
book pages. I also enjoy embossing and layering. I'm dying to get a
brayer and try that out!
I first discovered rubber stamping: from my Mom, didn't get really
hooked (LOL) till I went with her to a Carson Convention - WOW!!

This is it I must have missed so much in those catalogs.
After this swap I will be "paying" alot more attention.
Karen Stewart: green cs, layered with yellow checked papaer and a
transparent wheat looking papaer
with a sunfolower stamped then cout out and layer on top.
Great card.
Terri Bradbury: A congratulations stamped in purple on white
cs, and flowers and leaves stamped in the same color
with the centers done with glitter. not just any glitter
little mountains of glitter. How did you do this?
Love it.
Jennifer Hanes: This is a great cards for a teacher or school
chum. white cs, with a blue checked border and down the center
to devide the card into quarters. in one\forth there is
with all my heart and in the other 3 are apples with dots, lines and
checks. all done in red and green leaves with markers?
A+.
Michele: white cs done in magenta flecks, with megenta flowers
with the words just for you stamped in half circles here and there,
Wonderful card. I love the background how did you do it?
Michelle: (notice the difference in names, I was very careful)
smaller blue cs card with a sunflower poping out with the green
leaves behind. Great summer card. It would look great attacked
to a bottle of wine as a hostest gift.

the sand, and discovers that he has a Manischevitz wine bottle. It
appears that there may be a drop or two left in the bottle, so he
unscrews the top and out pops a genie.
But this is no ordinary genie. This genie appears to be a Chasidic
rabbi, complete with black alpaca coat, black hat, side curls, etc.
"Well, kid," says the genie. "You know how it works. You have three
wishes."
"I'm not going to trust you," says the Arab. "I'm not going to trust
a Jewish genie!"
"What do you have to lose? It looks like you're a goner anyway!"
The Arab thinks about this for a minute, and decides that the genie is
right. "OK, I wish I were in a lush oasis with plentiful food and
drink."

The Arab finds himself in the most beautiful oasis he has ever seen.
And he is surrounded with jugs of wine and platters of delicacies.
"OK, kid, what's your second wish."
"My second wish is that I were rich beyond my wildest dreams."

The Arab finds himself surrounded by treasure chests filled with rare
gold coins and precious gems.
"OK, kid, you have just one more wish. Better make it a good one!"
After thinking for a few minutes, the Arab says: "I wish I were white
and surrounded by beautiful women."

The Arab is turned into a tampon.
The moral of the story is: If you do business with a Jewish genie,
there's going to be a string attached.

I can never find enough different messages to use in my cards, how about
you??? So, lets have a message swap.
Details:
***Send ten (10) cards 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inch cards (half sheet of
cardstock).
***Include an SASE or label if I can reuse your envy.
***Send $1.00 for mailing the cards back
***DON'T COLOR. Use WHITE - can be glossy or matte or sticker paper.
Stamp in ink (no cc's or xerox copies) that won't smear and is
clearly
legible or you can emboss.
***It is alright to do different sayings on the cards instead of all the
same. Please make sure that there is plenty of room to cut around
each saying. Include stamp credits on backalong with your name
and email addy.
***All cards must be postmarked by the last day of each month.
***Stamp things that will be EASY to cut out. Remember you will have
tocut out what you get back to use to make your own cards.
***Email me for my address. I can't wait to see your cards.

Ok--once again I bought something that I don't know what it's for! I have
tried this stuff out and like the looks, but not sure I am getting the point.
I have used the blue and purple satin ones so far on black cardstock and like

Imagine there is a bank that credits your account each morning with $86,400.
It carries over no balance from day to day. Every evening it deletes
whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day.

Each of us has such a bank. Its name is TIME. Every morning, it credits
you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of
this you have failed to invest to good purpose. It carries over no balance.
It allows no overdraft. Each day it opens a new account for you.
Each night it burns the remains of the day. If you fail to use the day's
deposits, the loss is yours. There is no going back. There is no drawing
against the "tomorrow". You must live in the present on today's deposits.
Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success!
The clock is running.
Make the most of today.
To realize the value of ONE YEAR, ask a student who failed a grade.
To realize the value of ONE MONTH, ask a mother who gave birth to a

I got my swap today and I was so surprised w/all the cool idea's.
So lets see where should I begin.......

A really cute magnet w/a garden stamp embossed, little ribbon roses, and
ribbon wrapped around the outside for more detail. Really cool.

Post-it holder/cover. Green cardstock w/a embossed pink/gold heart on
the front.

Garden Angel on a blue card, striped green background w/garden punches
as embellishments. Cute.
Jeanne Nelson
White card w/sunflower background, yellow ribbon bow, and the Stampin Up
bunny gardening border all colored in at the bottom. Inside is stamped
(of course stamped what else =DC) Think spring w/a butterfly. Cute.
Unknown (? Hand stamped for you)
Pink card w/some paper layering and on top is an embossed iris and a get
well soon stamped on the bottom front w/the saying inside. Nice look
for sympathy.

vellum) suckeling from a colored in flower w/a bow string tied on the
top of the bind/fold. Inside stamped w/flowers on the top and bottom.=20
Nice and soft look.

Details:
***Send ten (10) cards 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inch cards (half sheet of
cardstock).
***Include an ADDRESS LABEL - at least 1"x2" (SAML) for me to use to
return the cards.
***Send $1.00 for mailing the cards back
***DON'T COLOR. Use WHITE - can be glossy or matte or sticker paper.
Stamp in ink that won't smear and is clearly legible or you can emboss.
***It is alright to do different sayings on the cards instead of all the
same. Please make sure that there is plenty of room to cut around each
saying. Include stamp credits on backalong with your name and email
addy.
***All cards must be postmarked by the last day of each month.
***Stamp things that will be EASY to cut out. Remember you will have to
cut out what you get back to use to make your own cards.

There are lots of physical problems that can also cause depression such as
hypothyroidism, Lupus, Parkinson's, etc. that a thorough physical exam might
rule out.
I suggest checking out all the information from as many sources as possible.

Brittany, my 6 year old yorkie is not feeling so well, she started out peeing
blood, we freakied took her to a vet, they said she had an infection, they
gave us medication and she cleared up, now again she seems to have a little
blood in her urine, she seems like she is ok then she lays around alot, she
goes potty alot so that's not the problem, has this happen to any- of your
doggies???? we are planning to take her back to the vets....but i was just
wondering?????
