You should know that you make people happy and they want to make you
happy. It is just like a Christmas card...you send one to someone
because you want to wish them a happy holiday and then after Christmas
you get one back...which means if you look at the date..they only sent
you one because you sent them one. It makes people happy to be able to
give and you should not expect to give something back.
We all know how busy you are and everyone still loves you even you feel
you should reciprocate even if you fall short, my dear one. And you
ain't 57, I don't believe it!!

WOW!
WOW!
WOW!
Awesome mail day!!!!!!! :-)
THANK YOU!THANK YOU!THANK YOU!THANK YOU!THANK YOU!THANK YOU!
You are incredible! It's like you know my taste EXACTLY. Pretty scary!
I received 2 packages today. I'm not sure which is which, and for what.
I'm assuming one is for January, is the other for February?
I'll start with the smaller one first. It was in a priority mail envelope
from Bonnie Linhart/Lass Creations, who stated in the address that she is
not my SS. Inside was a wonderful kit for making Victorian Valentine cards.
I haven't had time yet to look it all over closely, but it looks like it's a
kit for making booklet type cards, miniature envelopes, and really cute
chocolate candy decorations for cards. Everything is red, pink and white.
Confetti, stickers, papers, trimmings, lace for collage, cards, envy's,
several sheets of cardstock, templates for hearts, mini envelopes (these are
cute!!!!), instructions for making the "chocolate" candy, plus instructions
for making the booklet cards complete with sayings to choose from. I really
adore this package. Now I have to get my butt in gear and make
something!!!!!! This will be perfect to make a card for my husband for our
first married Valentine's Day together.
The second package was a larger manila mailer. I opened it and each item
was individually wrapped in purple tissue paper, some double wrapped with
purple on top, black underneath. My favorite color combo!!! I'm a purple
maniac. So right away I was thrilled. I couldn't decide what to open
first, so I started with the smallest and worked my way up. Whoever my SS
is, she really outdid herself. I was really blown away, I got excited with
each item, it was like opening things I'd pick for myself! Here is what I got:
- ---A handmade card. Really pretty, it was black cardstock, and the front
was covered with blue/green glitter. She used that cool 3D bubble vinyl
stuff trimmed with prismatic glitter tape, and stamped on the vinyl was a
cool moon design embossed in black and colored in. It was very neat, and
what is that prismatic glitter stuff? Does it come like that? Or do you
put the glitter on the sticky side yourself? I've never seen this before.
- ---Silver AND gold metallic ink pens.
- ---A box of gourmet type chocolates in a variety of coffee flavors, some
with ground coffee beans in them. I'm working my way through them now, they
are so yummy!!! I was going to save a few for my hubby, but if he doesn't
hurry up and get home soon, there may not be any left.
- ---A box of different varieties of cone incense. How did she know I burn
incense every single day?? I'm still amazed at how well she matched my
taste! I may have listed this on my wish list, I can't remember.
- ---A rather large metal Ukraine-type egg that comes apart, really neat.
Inside of this egg, was a container of Juki-Kins EP in Aegean Silver. It's
sort of like a silver/blue combo. I love this alot! I need more EPs. And
also, a neat looking oval-shaped pill bottle with a moss agate on top (I
think it's a moss agate) and inside this pill bottle was a piece of amethyst
crystal on a layer of pink tissue paper. This was so unique and special. I
love love love it!
- ---A magical circle Mandala, made with wires and small gemstones. It can be
bent into a variety of shapes to symbolize different things such as Sun,
Sky, Earth, Yin/Yang, etc. I've seen these before at New Age stores, and
always thought they were neat. Now I have one! It's hard to describe to
those who don't know what they are. But it will make a nice addition to
keep on my altar to the god/dess. (I'm pagan)
- ---And the coolest set of 5 Laurel Burch wood mounted stamps!!!!! Laurel
Burch is one of my favorite artists and I love her stamps. I have a few but
I had none of these!!! They are as follows: a smaller stamp entitled Moon
Sun, 2 medium type stamps entitled Blossoming Woman and Sun Spirit, and 2
larger stamps entitled Fantastic Felines and Woman Spirit. I love them all
so much, but especially the Sun Spirit stamp which says "Follow the voice of
your spirit, remember to dream, listen to the wisdom of your soul, dance to
the music in your heart."
- ---Last but certainly not least, a Laurel Burch cat figurine, about 6 inches
tall in colors of blue, green, purple, and red. I love this, and I've never
seen these anywhere! I will keep this on top of my computer monitor so I
can always see it!
SS, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You are certainly terrific, and I feel so spoiled.
This was great timing, as my birthday is on Sunday. There isn't one single
thing you sent that I don't like or won't use, it's all awesome! I even
called my husband at work to tell him all about this box and how great it
was. I almost cried, it was like getting a present from a close friend who
knows me well.
So there it is!!
Much affection,
Amethyst

Thanks Bev, I appreciate the offer, but I seldom use my corner punch as
I have all of the Corner Edgers and I use them alot. I find they are
much easier to use. Appreciate it, it was nice of you..

OK...first, another TTPO! This one will be slippery when wet! Also has a
little message taped on it that says "Sorry to hear the personnel at your Po
are not properly trained", I bet they read that! Monday I am going to the
PO to get stamps and I'll see what they have to say to me about the TTPO's
coming in!! I'll let you all know.
Next Robin Moore, I recevied your cards for the "seashell swap". They are
VERY pretty cards, whoever gets one will love it!
Then I received the last "Castle Card" from the one on one swap I did. From
Janet Kilback. I loved it! I don't know if I can do it justice by
describing it, but there's lots of big rocks, with a rocky path leading up
to a castle. The sky is stamped with muted blues and purples (real cloudy
looking) with the moon (I presume) peeking out from clouds. It's really
neat Janet.
Thanks
Then I received a darling valentines card from Glenyce! Thank you!!

I thought the answer was 3o minutes. After each pill was
effective for only 30 minutes so that's how long the pills last.
I do admit to having a warped sense of logic. :-^)
