You might try Ebay, if you're so inclined ... I saw a few "Desert Wind"
singles FA last I checked.
His stuff indeed is generally excellent ... though I'm preferring Loop Guru
at the moment ... but, as I often point out, my favorite stuff of his is
from /Freeform Flutes & Fading Tibetans/, which he was never able to
release as-is but many of the tracks show up on Beyond's old "Ambient Dub"
compilations.
>Has anyone else come across this treasure? [Biosphere & HIA collaboration]
Yes indeed! Quite lovely it is, though I haven't listened to it in a
while. If you enjoyed it, and haven't done so already, you should probably
check out Biosphere's /Substrata/. HIA's other collaborations (Deep Space
Network, Namlook) are also quite good.

Basscadet's track listing is quite correct, though I believe the EP is just
called "Reform". I got a copy when it came out, but I've never seen one
since!

I think you are right, Wolf has it listed as Reform in his discog and it
sez Reform on the spine, but on the front cover it has Coloureform, with
reform in a slightly darker pink. So I always called it that....wrongly
I guess :)

how is that remix? bummer that it was only released originally on vinyl in
very limited amounts... good to know it has surfaced on a cd somewhere though.
incidentally, anyone got Maya ltd.ed. vinyl? it has a few live tracks that
I belive are not released anywhere else :P

Subject: (orb) Question
I recently picked up the Reich Remixed CD on Nonesuch Records. Nine
tracks are listed but there are ten tracks on the disc. I'm hoping
somebody in the Orb family can tell me what track ten is and who remixed
it? I no longer have any old reviews of the disc that probably had the
answer.
For our UK brothers and sisters, have they changed the rules again
regarding tracks on UK singles? I've picked up a couple recently that
had four tracks. Doesn't that mean they don't qualify for the singles
chart? Just curious.
While were waiting for the new Orb album and tour we just have to make
do. This month brings Carl Cox and Gilles Peterson to town on the same
night. I've picked Gilles to attend. Then Afro Celt Sound System at
the House of Blues. Next month brings Groove Armada and a Arling and
Cameron release party. Cameron will DJ. Wish that one was a live gig.
C'mon Island let's get this Orb album released. Smiley, will the guys
sell us CDR's at $20 a pop? All the profit goes to them! Just trying.

Hello All.
I was just thinking- Island is the one who controls
the release of Cydonoia, but they don't control the
Orb's ability to do live dates, right?
If LX & Andy need some cash, can't they book a few
shows around the UK or something? I'm sure there's a
few venues that would book the Orb. I know they
wouldn't make lots of $$$ from it, but they'd get some
cash from it, right? It would also make a few orbsters
happy too...

Heck, I'd pay more than that, knowing the money was going straight to the
