I have to agree with you there.. It is a great article. So great that I'm gonna
give F-Zero X a second chance, I realize now that the main reason I thought it
was bad after only playing it for a few minutes was because of the poor graphics.
:( Man, I hope I don't do that again.

That was not a review. It was an editorial!

Hey, I have been playing a bit of Earthbound lately too. I know a lot
of people will rank on it for being too simplistic, but I think that it
is a great game. Everything is very intuitive which makes it good for
beginners and a lot of fun for slightly more seasoned RPG players. It
really sucks you in - a lot faster than some recent RPGs which almost
seem to intentionally confuse you at the beginning. I am looking
forward to the N64 version and I hope that it keeps its quirky feel and
bizarre sense of humor.

I have always liked the lesser known RPGs, or at least ones that many people
dislike. I love games like Earthbound, Robotrek, Tecmo Secret of the Stars,
and Paladin's Quest.

Draconians? As in Krynn Draconians? Or are there Draconians in Ogre Battle

Yeah, like I have the money for that.. as long as Nintendo keeps me happy
with games, I'll sticlk with my one system, and some Blizzard games for PC
to fill the gaps =)

Yeah, well, there are still plenty of good games that are already out..
Mario Kart, Banjo, Waverace (I won't even talk about the things that pass
for boat racing gaems on the PSX), Starfox, Goldeneye, etc.. How many eally
great games did the PSX had when it was 2 years old?

I'm having problems with the PSX people who can't even manage to admit that
good games are coming out for the N64. I know someone who says that Turok II

Now that's just stupid. I totally agree with you. They get sooooooo
paranoid about their system that they will go to any length to defend
it. Why? I don't know. It is clear to ANYONE that Turok II is going
to be a great game, if not the best. I wish they would give games a

Paranoid? People are not afraid of consoles. Are you? Who cares if the
"other system" is succeeding? They are all good systems to an extent. I
SERIOUSLY doubt he is paranoid it will be the next great game.

No, its not. Yea the screens look good, but we'll see. Gameplay, thats
yet to be proven to the general public. Anything is awesome until it is
released. How many of you have seen a game at a show or before it was
released. It was SWEET I bet. I too am guitly of saying this. It seems
to lose something when everyone has access to it. Now, I'm not saying
turok will suck, but just wait and see. I will probably end up buying
it. <- for the record.

Yeah, same here..
And also I was just looking at the latest dates for N64 games on Guide 64 and
I saw that Space Station: Silicon Valley was pushed back a week to the 28th of
Oct., so now it won't be on the same day as Body Harvest, good news to those
who want to pick up both games.

Now, Turok II and F-zero X are coming out on around the same dates. I
hate when that happens to two games I want to get. I dont want to spent
180 dollars (canadian) on two games at one time and it is more fun if I
'concentrate' on just one game at a time otherwise I'll get confused,
and frusterated on which to play. I'll probably end up getting Turok II
and asking for F-zero for christmas :) Oh, yeah, who imported F-zero
X? I didn't. Is it ok?

BUt the fact of the matter is that all he said is that he is going to buy it.
he didn't say what it is he finds attractive about the game or any other
reason than he read an article that said it was good. DO you want me all to
inform you all from now on whenever i buy a game. "Hey i'm going to the store
to get Warzone." No one would care, that's all i'm saying.

I'm just wondering what would happen if Zelda 64 was postponed till March.
Do you think Zelda is finish by now? Is the Japan release date for Zelda
the same as US? They spend more than 2 years on Zelda i think. I hope
it's worth the wait.

it wont be postponed, it is on schedule and they have spent too much on
advertising to back out now.
