I get $30 allowance every month, and make about $60 babysitting (if I'm
lucky). My bank account has dropped from 400 to about 100- I just got a VCR,
Tomba!, Gransteam Saga, and N64+PSX extension cords...I need more $$ :/

Oops, my mistake :) Yes, this is very true. If the N64 drops it's price to
$99 and includes, say, Donkey Kong or Banjo or maybe Zelda then it will
probably sell very well when the Dreamcast comes out.

I know this is a sorta older post, but didn't get around to post it.. I agree
with Trey on this one. Price could be a big factor.. I remember no one buying
3DO when it first came out for 800 bucks even though it was pretty far advanced.
I guess this wasn't the best example since the Dreamcast isn't gonna be
anywhere close to that much, but still I think price is very important. I know my
'rents wouldn't buy it for me for it being 250, no matter how much I bugged and
wouldn't want to buy it with my own money and couldn't probably afford it,
anyway, and I'm sure it's the same way with a lot of other people (well, kids
anyway). Later...

Me. I'm going to the 9th grade, freshman year. It might not seem like it
since most people who are 13 are going to the 8th grade but remember, my
birthday is on November which comes late in the year. That means I only
get to be 14 for two months this year and 10 years next year. I don't
really care about all those other games. I just really want Zelda 64.
After that, I'm not sure what other game I'm going to get for the N64 for
Christmas. Don't really know whats going to be out Q4 this year. Kind of
never went to IGN64.com for a long time.

Yes. No offense buy Peter has a good point. A whopping $100 dollars a
month is a bit too much. I only get 10 dollars a week (during the school
year) and it actually is the money I get for lunch. Either I save it and
don't have lunch or I just eat my lunch and get no money. Simple as that.
And seeing that during the lunch break at my school, I can either talk or
eat and talk so I kind of mix everything up. That leaves me with only
about $10 per month if I buy lunch when I feel like it (No i'm not
ophra). Your allowanxe is 10 times more of mine. Did you win the Lotto or
something. I can't even spend $100 in a month without a ride. Maybe for
internet usage ($200 per month if I go crazy with SC) but thats it.

P.S. I'm not jealous either.

Yeah, exactly.. After thinking about it I think the Dreamcast is gonna sell
around as much as the N64 and PSX. I think most of the people that get it
will be diehard gamers not the average gamer (which is the majority of people
out there). I guess ya never know, tho, it could sell very well if they have a
system seller (like Mario was) and if they hype it enough. Later..
