I agree totally. I prefer Turok=92s configuration over Golden Eye=92s.
Hopefully they won=92t change it around in Turok 2. :=96)

What are your best times on these games??
My only really good times are
PAL Goldeneye + Turbo Mode - The Runway - 0:08 mins
and
PAL Diddy Kong Racing + TT - Ancient Lake - 0:49.89 mins
(LEGAL POINTER - GameNation - If this appears on your site, well, the worst
for you!)

Exactly. Just because a few people from a company work on a web site,
doesn't make it that company's web site-- even if it IS related to that
company! The company themselves have to say, THIS is our OFFICIAL web site.
The company themselves-- not the webmaster of the site! So here, Greg would
have to say, "Gamenation is the N64 mailing list's official web site", for
that statement to have even a HINT of truth in it.

And putting a message like this in arbtrarily doesn't advertise your page?
It's another chance to put your sig in there...which is pretty hypocritical
if you ask me. Now look below...

Why are y'all getting so disturbed over this stupid issue! Come on! So
someone (somepeople) have advertised this site on this mailing list. Like
someone said before this site is just getting more attention the more you talk
about them. Who gives a hoot if they advertise the site! As long as they
still talk about the N64 it should still be fine with everyone. Just stop
acting like little babies and just drop this subject!!

You seem to somehow be missing the entire point. When WE advertise our site's
more than once a week, we get kicked off the list. But when THEY advertise,
nothing happens!

I played A.L. briefly in the store. The physics are ok: more realistic than
SF Rush (which is not realistic at all), but not as realistic as Top Gear
Rally (which has the best physics of all). The physics are probably on a
par with Mario Kart 64, but the control is not quite as precise. The
graphics are decent, but gameplay was a little puzzling.
I felt like I was driving reasonably fast around the track, but I just could
not pass anyone - just couldn't build up enough speed even though I was
making smooth turns and not crashing. Maybe I just need to play it more.
One annoying thing about the graphics is that all the cars you can select
from all look the same, IMO. I haven't tried 4 player mode, but I've heard
that the frame rate drops a lot, making it feel extremely slow.
IMO, while Top Gear Rally is far from perfect, it is the best racer on the
N64. Maybe at least until Rev Limit comes out. Can't wait for that! Give
TGR a try!

I'm a big fan of driving games and am considering this game. Can other
driving game fans give me their opinions on this game please - I've read
very mixed reviews of it.
