Did anyone happen to tape Moby on the Mancow show this morning?? (it's on
q101 here in chicago, but i think it's broadcast around the country). I'd
love to get a copy. I went down to the studios and met Moby after he was on
and he drew me a little pic and we took a photo together. It was AWESOME
(first time i ever met him), so yeah. If u taped it, drop me a line.
thanx

Ummm, just trying to get to the bottom of this one. From what I can gather
the main effect it will have on me is that I won't receive any royalties
from the US after my advance has been recovered. Which really means that
this book has turned out to be a complete labour of love!
The book also be withdrawn from stock until a new distributor can be found,
so if any one still wants one the best bet would be to buy it when you see
it somewhere. it won't be around for much longer.
Incidentally the book sold pretty well in the US, but turned out to be a
turkey in the UK. Brits just aren't that interested in:
a/ Moby
b/ reading
c/ reading about moby
A new version has just been translated for Italy and will hit the stands
soon and I've had a couple of bites from Japan. Anyone any ideas about his
popularity over there. Sales?
thanks for your concern Steve

Moby<tm> is the cover story of the new Wired. The story basically
confirms the discussions on this list regarding the machine that has
formed to promote Moby<tm>'s music.
Lots of other interesting stories, too, like laptop music and the
machines that defined techno.

hey there,
i know this is kinda rehash, the hwole blade2 spam issue, but i talked to
the guy who did it, and he's quite sorry. i don't think he meant for as
many copies of as many messages to get sent out, and he promisses it won't
happen again, and he didn't keep anyone's email addresses on file or
anything.
hope yer all well.
cheers,
