well, in the dte energy centre, when they had the lollapalooza's some of the
main acts were under a pavilion and the other stages were strewn around other
areas. The higher price was for those that were seated under the pavilion
area. I know this for a fact because at the first lollapalooza i had general
admission and we were not permitted to go under the pavilion but could watch
from a large hill right above it (basically the distance of a balcony seat of
large venues) and for the second one, my friend's dad was george clinton's
accountant so we got seats really close up and they had tight security at the
entrance to the pavilion. i'd suggest that if you were wondering about
ticket prices seeming a bit fishy you should look at the layout of the
festival area or ask a ticketmaster worker.

I will probably make a sort of jazzy latin remix of Time's Up by the
Brotherhood, the first record ever to contain Moby on electronic
instruments, but until now everything has been against me :( Since I don't
have/play any instruments I have to cut & paste everything from samples, and
all the cool samples I found were all in a slightly different key so I
couldn't combine them, also, I don't really have the time to work on this
and getting all the samples to play a bit synchronized is relly difficult,
because I don't have a midi clock or so to hold on to... I just use the
hiphop beat sample as guidance for the rest of the samples
But some time I will finish it, promise :)
And with a bit of luck it will be this month, so that you all can enjoy the
sweet jazzy latin sounds while sitting in the summer sun.
Of course, when it is ready I will let you all know where to get it.
Bart
