This book will not be published. I know this because I know the author and
he decided not to go a head with it. There will be a biography published in
March/ April 2001. I know this because I'm currently writing it! I will post
info on worldwide publishing as and when. In the mean time thanks to
everyone who has contacted me with their thoughts and experiences regarding
Moby.
Oh, and on the subject of people I'd like Moby to play live with? How about
Iggy Pop. maybe they could duet together. How much energy would be on that
stage?!!!!

The Acoustic ETYTM is not from a webcast. it is a studio
recording, an alternate, demo version of the song from the
EIW sessions. Very moving, though. it's my favorite take on
the song.

Actually, somebody mentioned Stereolab and GBV and
JSBX and Phish (I like them too!) so I had to respond
seriously.
Moby + Orbital = sublime electro heaven
Moby + Jon Spencer Blues Explosion = loud raucous
orgasmic bluesy ROCK N ROLL!!!!
Moby + Stereolab = multiple orgasms ;)
Moby + Guided By Voices = Moby leaving cause he can't
stand all that beer ;)
Moby + Phish = Long noodly bliss
Moby + 808 State = Too cool for words
Moby + Del The Funky Homosapien = Disaster. As deadly
cool as Del is, Moby probly could not do a decent
hip-hop beat.
I guess you can tell I'm pulling names out of thin air
huh?
Moby + Bjork = 100% Emotional Landscapes.
Moby + Christina Aguilera = Puke.
Moby + Limp Bizkit = Oh God, why am I even thinking
this? It's just too much torture, agh....
Moby + Frank Zappa = Nah, Moby's not weird enough.
Cool as Zappa was (ask Kees!) Moby isn't that weird.
Moby + Mimi Goese = Into The Blue and When It's Cold
I'd Like To Die
Moby + Dick = A great white whale
Moby + Lisa = the famous Moby Lisa ;P Could anyone
imagine somebody taking the Mona Lisa and altering it
to look like Moby? Somebody please do that, it would
kick ass!!!
Moby + The Sex Pistols = Super obnoxious punk rock
fun!
Moby + Beastie Boys = funky boss funky boss funky
ball-ass boss! Like Panasaurus! Doris the Finkasaurus!
OK I've done enough damage.

Guys, I know this book has been withdrawn. The problem is the publishers
didn't inform the (online/ offline) retail outlets. Which means people have
been taking orders, charging credit cards etc (mine included).
Hope this clears things up

Comment on TRL: it's torture to watch. I hate MTV-it's so boring and
stupid. I don't get MTV2 due to the expense. Sorry fans-I remember the
first MTV broadcasts, no ads, just videos and normal VJ's like Martha Quinn.
No comparison to now. I don't think Moby even belongs there, he's too good
for it. Thanks for letting me spew my end of the work week venom. A.

I correct myself re: Moby playing for Nobel prize winners. From Newsday

Moby says" I love the idea of playing under odd circumstances. Who could
imagine playing in front of so many Nobel laureates?" If anyone can, it's
