  426. Les Paul and play in a 'power trio'. We play obscure songs by famous
  427. artists (Robin Trower, ZZ Top, Humble Pie, etc.), but NO anthems. Sorry, 30
  428. minutes of Free Bird just doesn't do it for me. Being in this band and
  429. trying to play venues in and around Boston, I've come to the sad conclusion
  430. that rock is in fact dead. If you don't have a wall of white noise guitar
  431. and some tortured artist decreeing his pain, no one's interested. Doesn't
  432. anybody just like to *rock* anymore? Sheesh.

  471. I put them on a block of wood but some disagree.  During my college years I
  472. worked for the phone company in the summers.  The phone company used
  473. batteries for back-up energy. They where huge batteries and they sat on
  474. concrete slabs.

  530. estimate that I can add about 20 nano seconds to my life if I keep
  531. riding my KLR650 at a constant speed of 100 MPH for the next 30 years at
  532. which time I should be 67.99999. This will leave me no time to get a
  533. tattoo except if the tattoo artist can jump on my bike, tap into the
  534. battery to power his/her tool and go to work. Of course I would have to
  535. be riding on a very smooth surface.

  580. What a great idea!  There is an undiscovered bar/restaurant (The Branding
  581. Iron) just around the corner from my shop that has Karoke.  I think this
  582. would be fun to have a Karoke nite during the Moab Get Together.  I will see
  583. if we can get this on the list of things to do at next years gathering.
