Summary: Series after Vengeance - Buffy, Xander, Willow & Giles are all
vampires.  Drusilla is making Buffy pay for supposedly killing Spike.
Previous Stories: If you like this story but don't understand it, it's
probally
because you haven't read Vengeance. That came before this one and this
is a continuation of it. You can find it as well as all my other stories at:

Spoilers: Everything up to Killed By Death (just to be safe)
Feedback: Please, good or bad, I need to know. The more feedback, the
more writting I do!  I won't care if you tell me this story is horrible, I
just
want to know.

This story is something that happens after Killed By Death. Probally
a Third season type story. This story has some pretty graphic descriptions
and some people may be upset by the story. There is a PG-13 rating on
this story however, there is no sex or sexual situations. Just some Buffy
like language and violence. This story will go on for a while, or until I come
up with a way to end it. The characters, Buffy, Xander, Willow, etc. belong
to Joss Whedon, The WB, Sandollar, etc.

    "Are we where I think we are?" Angel's voice quivered with fear.
    "Yeah...we are," Spike said softly.  Spike struggled with his
chains, trying to break free.
    "That's good Spike. You keep doing that."
    "You got any better ideas?" Spike yelled in a deep voice. He
couldn't forget the look in her eyes. The pain. The anger.  Spike
let out a cry of pain as he gave up at his attempts.
    "What were you doing with Buffy?"
    Spike turned his head to face Angel but refused to answer.
Nothing but silence for what seemed like an eternity. Spike turned
his head away from Angel and sighed.  "I was trying to get Dru back."
    "By doing what? Pretending to be dead?"
    "I left to find a cure.  Buffy was trying to help me restore
your soul so that I could have Dru and she could have you."
    "That Buffy never did give up on me." Angel chuckled but
then stopped because of the pain it caused him.
    "If it wasn't for Dru trying to teach her a lesson, things
would have worked out just fine," Spike said as he dropped his head
again.  Thoughts of Drusilla flooded his mind. Her hair, her smile,
everything about her. She was all he wanted, and he was willing to
do anything to have her.
    The door swung open and Willow walked in carrying two goblets
filled with blood.
    "Drink. You two need your strength."  She pressed a glass to
Spike's lips and finished it off in seconds.  Willow did the same for
Angel and he drank it quickly as well. They both were painfully
exhausted from their fight and desperately needed nourishment.  Willow
took the empty glasses and left laughing under her breath.  Again,
silence filled the room for a brief moment.
    "I've got nothing but bad memories from this place," Spike
said as he searched the room for an escape.
    "Funny, I've got nothing but good memories from here.
Especially with Dru." A smile came over Angel's face for he always
enjoyed messing with Spike's head.
    "You son of a bitch!" Spike could feel life coming into his
body with every word of anger he spoke.  "Dru is mine. She will never
be yours."  Spike couldn't hold back anymore. He had so much rage
inside of him.
    "We'll see about that once your out of the picture."
    "What? You think you can kill me?"
    "Yes, I know I can."
    "If I weren't chained up right now, I'd beat you into a bloody
pulp."  Spike's voice grew deeper as he let his demonic face show.
    "Oh yeah, you mean like earlier tonight?" Angel was enjoying
himself a bit too much.
    "If I remember correctly, it was your girlfriend who ruined it
for the both of us." Spike slammed his body against the wall out of
frustration.  "Buffy, she is going to pay for this one."

    She found herself standing outside the large villa thinking,
waiting. Buffy refused to move for fear of what lurk inside the large
building.
She had heard rumors of that place but Drusilla never let her go there.
That was one thing Buffy was thankful for. 'I really should let Drusilla
have her way with them.  But that wouldn't be any fun for me.'
    "Ahh!" Buffy startled herself with her own words. "Oh well, I've
been meaning to have a little chat with Drusilla anyway."  Buffy sensed
the warmth of the sun coming over the horizon.  "Oh no!"
She was so preoccupied with finding Dru that she didn't even bother
to notice the time. Buffy found her way to a small house where she took
refuge in the attic.  Boxes filled the low roofed room. Buffy found a
blanket in one of them and spread it on the floor hidden from the sun.
So many thoughts, so much confusion. Her memories of her time as the
slayer constantly plagued her evil mind.
    "Don't. Let me go. I'll run away and you'll never see me again." Buffy
sensed fear in his voice for the first time ever.
    "You don't deserve to live." Buffy cautiously held the spike
in her hands pointing it direct at his heart.
    "Maybe your right. But if you kill me, you'll never get Angel
back.  I have a cure."
    After a few moments of consideration Buffy plunged the spike
into his stomach.  He screamed out in pain.  Buffy got off of him as
he lay on his back groaning.
    "I'll bring Angel to you. Meet me in Vienna."  She left the
room with a smile.
    Spike remained on the floor, not dead, but in extreme pain. He
knew the spike couldn't kill him, but the pain was more than enough to
make him wish it could.  Placing his hands on the spike, he lifted it
out of his gut. Spike curled into a ball hoping the pain would just go
away.

    "Don't, please don't!" Xander stood between Drusilla and Willow
pleading for their lives.
    "Okay. I won't," Drusilla said as she grabbed Xander by the
throat.  "To her."  She pulled him in closer, keeping a tight hold on him.
Her lips danced across his neck as he closed his eyes, knowing what was
to come. She sunk her teeth into his neck and in seconds his life began to
fade away. His feeble body fell to the ground. Willow watched from behind
a large rock, horrified. Her screams fill the quiet night.
    "Oh, shut-up," Drusilla said as she indicated for two vampires to take
her away.
    "Dru, leave her alone!" A dark figure approached Drusilla from behind
with a stake in her hand.
    "Buffy! So glad you could make it." Drusilla turned to face her accouter
with a overly large grin on her face. "Oh, but your late for the party."
    Buffy looked down and saw Xander's body lying on the cold ground.
Fear ignited the fire in her heart as she lunged at Drusilla. A hand was
raised that struck Buffy directly in the face sending her flying backward
into the field. "Don't do that. You'll get hurt you know."  Buffy rose feeling
the blood flow down her face.  Drusilla raised her hand again, throwing a
knife out at Buffy's leg, cutting a deep wound into it. Buffy dropped to the
ground and pulled the knife out.
    Drusilla walked towards Buffy eagerly awaiting their fight. "Get up. I'm
not done with you yet!"  Buffy got to her feet limping on the leg that was
wounded.  "That looks bad," Drusilla said as she shot out her left hand and
scratched Buffy's across the face.  She had no more strength but kept
going.  Buffy got in a few punches to Drusilla's face but she was hardly
phased by any of them.  Drusilla took a final hit to Buffy's stomach and
she collapsed to the ground.  She lay silently on the ground as Drusilla
stood above her.
    "Looks like she's done," Drusilla said looking back at some of the
other vampires.  Suddenly, Buffy threw her feet up into the air, connecting
solidly with Drusilla's chin.  She scrambled to her feet and ran off into to
the wooded area that surrounded them.
    "Why do they always run? Like I'm really not going to catch up with
them?" Drusilla followed after Buffy into the woods.
    Branches tried to block her way, scratching her body and face as she
went.  For the first time in her life, she was running from trouble instead of
to stop it.
Buffy looked back to find Drusilla but couldn't. She kept running as fast as
she could, hoping to make it to the street.

    Buffy awoke with a start. The sun was beginning to go down and it
was almost time for her to face Drusilla again.  Buffy shook herself out of
her thoughts to focus on what she had to do. She had to fight Drusilla to
the death.
