  49. Ok.  Here's a question.  I remember in an episode (probably School Hard) Giles
  50. or Willow said that William the Bloody was known as Spike b/c he impaled his
  51. victims with railroad spikes (or something like that).  Now, does anyone know
  52. whether this was before or after he turned into a vampire?  I'm thinking after
  53. but you never know.  Someone tell me what you think.

  66.     The only place I have seen it at is PowerStar and it's really cool
  67. too because when you order it you get a free trading card too. I just
  68. got mine today and they are great!! I love the mag too and every BtVS
  69. fan should not be without it, and I seriously hope that everyone is
  70. joining the Official BtVS Fab Club, as soon as I get the money I am.

  149. wondering where I could buy the videos and if all the episode were on videos

  164. I'd have to go with William the Bloody becoming "Spike" after he was
  165. turned into a vampire. However, if he was named William the Bloody
  166. *before* he became a vampire...well, for someone to earn a name like
  167. that he must have been a pretty ruthless human. So I'm wondering, when
  168. did he first become known as "William the Bloody"?
  169.  
  170. Assuming that Spike is two hundred years, or a little older (as
  171. implied by Giles in "School Hard") then he would predate the early
  172. iron railroads. (Not by much...I think they first ones were around
  173. 1800 -- and being "barely two hundred" Spike would have been turned
  174. into a vampire around 1797, or earlier.)

  176. All that rambling above, leads me to believe that Spike was William
  177. the Bloody before becoming a vampire...but all that's pure
  178. speculation. Sorry for the rambling, I think about this way too much.

  204. Actually, I believe in most states, at least Louisiana, it is only Statutory
  205. Rape if the female is under the age of 17.  Buffy and Angel did the deed on
  206. her 17th B-day.  He got in just under the gun.  (pun intended for you dirty-
  207. minded folks)  And unless Buffy and Giles have been doing a lot more than we
  208. know behind those book stacks in the library, he is safe now too.  But I must
  209. agree with the individual earlier that said something about Buffy and Giles
  210. being together has a major "ick" factor.
