There is a gorgeous close-up shot of
Sarah in the latest issue of BB mag.
It is a super close-up, and she looks
absolutely radiant with very lightened
hair, a brilliant smile and a very happy expression on her face.
There are also <be still my heart> great
photos of DB and Nicky in H'WOOD's
HOTTEST HUNKS. Probably the best
pic I've ever seen of Nicky... and DB -
well, he always looks damn good to me!
(Although I do wish he'd lose the goatee
and too-spiked hair. Wow, did I really
just make fun of David? Proof positive
that I am in need of a new Buffy episode;
I am counting the nanoseconds until
IOHEFY airs!!)
BTW - that little bitty ad in TV GUIDE
irritates me. Hardly anything to catch
the eye, is it? Not even a new photo
of Buffy & Angel in the ad.
Still, the premise is fixed in my head
as "this is gonna be a good one" - hope >>
Foprgot to reply-or ask, rather, what's BB (someone else asked this too.) Big
Bopper Magazine/(Tiger Beat type magazine)?

How about a Willow series?(After all,as some may have read in television
history books, in the fifties another series, before my time, but I know all
about it,about a shy type at school in fact a teacher, played by late comic
actor Wally Cox (1924-1973 and best known as the voice behind Underdog) )
titled MR.PEEPERS (1952-55,-same time as another school-based show,OUR MISS
BROOKS,with Eve Arden,(1912-95),whose later roles include the Grease
teacher!-again before my time,I was born in 1960) was on TV.
This was before vrirtually all of us..but I think given at show's and
Underdog's success that Willow,too,could carry a TV series as a lead.).And
MANY types like WIllow have headlined TV shows and movies..thaat is,rather
denmure types.\
WILLOW is perhaps the best female supporting character,if not the best support
in the series.

Hello, I got tired of all these spoiling things going on so I decided to put
in a post that is totally off that subject.
I've made TONS of updates on the web pages in the past few days. I've added
tons of new pictures to all the picture sites. Even added a picture page for
Joyce with 5 new pictures.
You can reach all this at: http://members.aol.com/aglx/photos.html
I'm also still working on the links page. (too many pages out there) But I've
added tons over the past few days.
http://members.aol.com/aglx/links.html
You can get chat transcripts from all the most recent chat events at my
events
page as well as an updated list of all the recent magazines that have have
included Buffy stuff. http://members.aol.com/aglx/events.html
The spoiler page (opps, okay so I'm not totally off the topic) has been
updated with all these new spoilers. (I'm keeping many of them off the page
because they are soo rediculous. (hint, hint)
All of the pages have been masively updated. I have the TV-Guide ad on the
page too which you can get from the main page.
So check out all the really cool stuff. Oh, yeah, I just got 20,000 total
hits
on my site. Thank you to everyone who has been visiting. (the counter only
says 10, but that's because I accidentally deleted the counter in
March...oops!)
Also send in your feedback, spoilers, and any info you can. I'm keeping a lst
of all those who help me out for a credit page that is currently in the
works.
Look for tons of other stuff coming soon!

Subject: BUFFY: Song on Halloween
I got this from Domain of the Slain. They have an awsome list of songs from
episodes.
"How She Died" by Treble Charger
After the spell is broken and everybody is restored to their normal
selves, Willow is revived and tosses away her costume as this song
starts in the background. It ends after she walks past Oz's van. Treble
Charger performs the tune, and it can be found on their album Maybe It's
Me.
á
"How She Died"
You got the best of me
For what took so long
The things you put me through
Seemed to be so wrong
You took your pride, cause Bobby loves you
You said you tried, but you can't prove it
I close my eyes
I don't want to find out how she died
It's foolish pride
You can't expect to turn our way at night
You've seen the last of me
Don't have to take my hand
You shouldn't try so hard, so hard to understand
I see the end just waiting for me
No time to spend, to doubt a moment
I close my eyes
I don't want to find out how she died
You can't expect to turn our way at night
I can't stand, you agonize
I wouldn't mind to apologize
Far beyond your sense of play
It's anywhere and everywhere
I close my eyes
I don't want to find out how she died
You can't expect to turn our way at night
I close my eyes
I don't want to find out how she died
You can't expect to turn out way at night
Performed by Treble Charger

Ok, I hope that's enough room. Last nite's show was pretty good. I guess
I've been anticipating this new episode for quite a while, so it was
pretty hard to live up to my high hopes. But it definitely had its
moments: we see how Giles is still devasted by Jenny's death, (he is stuck
with the idea that the ghost haunting the school is her, and even though
there is so much evidence to the contrary, he refuses to believe
otherwise). We also see how guilty Buffy feels about what happened to
Angel; she blames the whole thing on herself, and believes that she never
deserves forgiveness. The climax, when Buffy and Angel assume the roles of
the ghosts, was excellent, but I just wish that they hadn't put in so many
flashbacks and just let us watch Buffy and Angel play out the scene. It
was pretty cool though to see them kiss again, and when the ghosts leave
their bodies there's this moment when they both realize what their doing,
but then Bad Angel takes control of himself, and violently pushes her
away.
My only real complaint about the episode was that they seemed to
cram every possible character (except Oz) into this show. Maybe they're
just trying to catch up after all the repeats, or maybe they have to set
us up for the season finale, but lots of stuff was revealed in just one
episode. For instance, we find out that Principal Synder was appointed by
the Sunnydale City Council to cover-up knowledge about the Hellmouth, and
that Spike is better again, but he doesn't want to tell Angel.
Otherwise, the new episode was great.
Oh, and something else to look forward to: Angel and Dru get pretty HOT,
and finally, Buffy has decent hair!!

GOING AWAY?
If you're going away for the holidays, please either set your subscription
to digest or uns*bscribe from the list. It'll save everyone a lot of time
and trouble. You can find instructions on how to uns*b on the buffy list
page or in the list rules which were posted in a separate note along with
this messages.
NETIQUETTE
In addition to the list rules, there are some netiquette conventions we are
asking people to observe.
1. At a minimum please sign and put your email address at the bottom of
the post. Some people's mailers strip out header information.
2. Be aware that the default reply to for the list is to the original
sender. Check your reply to: headers very carefully.
3. Don't send test posts to the list. Send a regular post with buffy
content instead--it will provide the same information and won't clutter up
the list.
HOUSEKEEPING
>From time to time an account starts bouncing. If we get three bounces from
an address we uns*bscribe it because we get a bounce message from that
address for every message sent to the list if they aren't on digest. This
results in *a lot* of bounce messages to wade through in the administrative
account.
If you find yourself mysteriously not receiving list mail it's due to
bounces, and no other reason. If we are going to remove you for
disciplinary reasons you will be notified.
Here are the reasons behind bounce uns*bs.
1. Full mailbox.
This affects AOL users more than anyone else, though I suspect it's a
factor for Juno, WebTV, and Hotmail users as well. These accounts have
limited mailbox space and fill up quickly when not checked regularly. When
that happens messages start bouncing.
Both Jill and I strongly recommend that you go to digest if you do not have
the opportunity to clean out your mailbox every day. Not only will it make
us happy to not have to deal with bounces, it'll probably make your ISP
happy as well.
2. Local configuration problems
Sometimes an ISP goes down for no reason for a while, and we will receive
bounces from an address. Your best bet is to contact customer support when
that happens, then res*bscribe to the list once the problem is cleared up.
IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE BEEN UNS*BBED
Take the following steps in the order in which they appear if you think
you've been uns*bbed for bouncing.
1. Send a message to majordomo@xmission.com with s*bscribe buffy (or
buffy-digest) in the body. If you are s*bscribed, you'll get a message
back telling you that you are. If you have been uns*bscribed, this will
start the process to get you back onto the list.
2. Contact me (romana@mindspring.com) or Jill (jtkirby@mcs.com) for help.
We will do what we can ASAP to help you out.
3. DO NOT send a test message to the list. You may send a buffy-related
post to the list to test, but not a test message.
If you have any questions or problems, please check out
http://www.mindspring.com/~romana/buffylist/index.html. These pages
contain information about the buffy list.
