Subject: BB: Stingers mailed
Date: 01 Jun 2001 09:55:57 -0600
The June issue of the Stinger went in the mail box at the
post office yesterday.
We have a nice article by Mike C. with pictures about the
new shop, an article about the new power brakes for Beemers
and a strange article about Death Valley.
And I still can not remember who gave me the cover photo.
Help who was it. so I can give credit where credit is due.
Tom D.
editor
We desperately need articles for July. That mean I need
them by June 24 so I can create the July issue.
Suggestions include:
Spring breakout 2001
Crit's ride this weekend
'49er Rally 2001
any other ride you may have done, at anytime not
just recently.
Technical articles including K1100RS cams in a
K1200LT
Vintage Restorations esp. w/ pixs
Ladies Beehive Beemers perspectives
Evaluation and impressions of the new C.A.R.E.
BMW clothing line
pre-announcements of other rides that re-occur -
Big Cat, etc.
How about what are the other m/c clubs in Utah
doing?
I have charts what about an article for the new
race track in Tooele (Oops, think I have a short one
on that) What is the latest.
How about a new member background so we can get
to know them?
The hardest part for me is getting articles for publishing.
I can do the mechanical aspects fine. (except of spelling
and grammar and things like that) 8 )

BBers,
I have some cabinets from my old motorcycle garage that I'm trying to sell.
I used them to store my riding gear, cleaning supplies, saddle bags, etc.
It's nice stuff. They're in great shape and only a couple of years old. If
you're interested, send me some mail and we can talk. You can also reach me
at (801) 580-6592.
Thanks,

I would like to have a short meeting of the Rally Committee after the
Saturday Breakfast in Logan. Last minute update and game plan for the rally.
Dave Barber will have samples of the shirts and we will figure out an agenda
for the rally and the use of volunteers.

Just a quick note to thank everyone for all of their hard work at the second

control, like the dedication of the multi purpose center, the rodeo and the
weather, every thing went well. Hope everyone had a safe and fun trip home.
