I don't think it is wise to get into a pissing-contest with these guys over
"will it work", etc.  Ultimately the issue is should we have an arms race in
space?  Do we want to spend the hundreds of billions of dollars on a space
arms race?  What will the implications of a arms race in space be for arms
control negotiations?  Does the Space Command, with its "Master of Space"
logo and mission of "control and domination of the heavens, really offer us
more security in the long run?  Do we have the right to violate the U.N.
Outer Space Treaty by putting bases on the moon and space-based laser
weapons in orbit?  BMD is a Trojan horse for war in space.  It is not about
"defense".  BMD is welfare for the weapons corporations.  These  are the
points to make to those promoting war in space.

Thanks, Susi, for your feedback/report on the presentation by Hal Fox =
and Gary Vesperman in Las Vegas on the research and development of new =
energy science/technologies to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power and =
the LENT (Low Energy Nuclear Transmutation) [or as Gary prefers LVNT =
(Low Voltage Nuclear Transmutation) devices to neutralize (transmute) =
radioactive wastes.  It is unfortunate that the walkers were two hours =
late for their formal presentation and I now understand from your report =
how you see that it went.
=20
Everyone I know who has met him respects Corbin a lot and so his advice, =
opinions, and feedback on any topic are taken very seriously by many =
people across country and around the world.  For this reason your =
feedback on this meeting and your report on his remarks that you quote =
below is very significant and important to consider and respond to, in =
my view.

As I have mentioned before, this new science under development on the =
fringes of "mainstream science", ie forefront physics not yet well =
understood generally and not generally accepted as yet by the publicly =
accountable "scientific establishment", has a main application of new =
energy technologies that many of us involved feel strongly will =
eventually entirely replace nuclear and fossil fuel power (as well as =
most of what are currently available as present "alternative energy =
technologies") due to their apparent ability to harness some kind of not =
yet fully understood "energy field inherent in the space in which matter =
resides" (DePalma), perhaps related to something called "Zero Point =
Energy" by physicists who have been theorizing it for years and fairly =
recently verified by published experiments showing the "Casimir Effect", =
or called "Space Power" by Dr. Tewari of India, etc. =20

Other approaches to these fuel-less energy devices have labels like Cold =
Fusion, High Density Charge Cluster energy technologies, etc.  The =
bottom line is that when these new technologies (some of which are =
mentioned in Jeane Manning's book "The Coming Energy Revolution", and in =
"Miracle in the Void" by Brian O'Leary) receive adequate attention and =
development funding they portend the elimination of nuclear and other =
electric power and internal combustion technologies because they produce =
no pollution or wastes, need no fuel, and produce energy at far lower =
costs.
=20
In recent years experiments with some of these devices have yielded the =
somewhat astonishing result, or "side effect", of the transmutation of =
some chemical elements into others, as demonstrated on the ABC Good =
Morning America news program we taped in early June 1997 about the =
Patterson Power Cell which was shown on the air (and on a videotape I =
think I sent you then) to neutralize the radioactivity of uranium over =
one half during a two hour period.  Did you or Corbin see that tape?   =
If so, do you or Corbin think this was faked in some way?   What =
possible motivation do you think folks would have for misrepresenting =
the truth of what they have found in these experiments in light of the =
enormous scientific prejudice against them because they seem to "violate =
the laws of physics"?=20

Gary is aware of many new energy technologies in these catagories and =
Hal Fox has presented his transmutation research twice to the annual =
meeting of physicists at the American Nuclear Society so it is beyond my =
personal understanding of all this as to why you would quote Corbin as =
thinking/saying that any of us is "lying" about this.  Do you think he =
thinks I am "lying" about all this?  =20

The last direct conversation about this particular idea (nuclear =
transmutation) that I had with Corbin was in 1997 a couple of months =
after he heard from some researchers about the new energy technologies =
at the conference we did at UCSB and at that time Corbin said to me "if =
this is really true then they should just do something about it instead =
of just talking about it". =20
=20
I can totally understand his/your skepticism on all this because such =
skepticism is widespread even within the DOE beauracracy but in my =
experience it is completely contrary to fact that anyone is =
intentionally misrepresenting the truth about these new discoveries =
except perhaps those scientists under secrecy agreements with the =
government who are developing this new science for military and advanced =
electromagnetic weaponry applications as two decades of circumstantial =
evidence I have seen indicates to me that they are. =20

I hope you clearly understand that in these matters you and the DOE =
"mainstream scientists" (those on the government payroll under secrecy =
agreements) are of the same opinion that nuclear waste transmutation is =
not viable.  The one fellow at DOE who initially responded with interest =
to investigate all this more deeply has been removed from his position =
in this area of research by DOE.
=20
In any case, it is my personal position that organizations such as the =
Shundahai Network, the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, Abolition2000 =
network, etc., who have such a large network of collaborators globally =
who pay very serious attention to their opinions and advice on these =
matters, these groups have a very important commensurate responsibility =
to more deeply and thoroughly investigate these new areas of scientific =
research and get to the real truth behind it rather than offer what =
seems to be authoritative advice on it without fully understanding the =
underlying facts, no matter how prejudiced against all this they may be =
due to the many times the government or their scientists or the DOE have =
lied to them in the past -- because too much is at stake here in the =
need and opportunity to abolish nuclear power, wastes, etc.

If as you quote below, Corbin offered such an on-the-record opinion of =
all this that you are propagating as the Shundahai position and this =
opinion was offered, as you say below, without his getting the facts at =
all from Hal Fox while he was there, is this really an "informed =
opinion" that you feel good about representing globally as Corbin's and =
Shundahai Network's advice on all this, ie, we are just "lying about =
it"?   While I deeply respect Corbin and his advice and opinions on all =
matters as a spiritual leader, teacher, and practitioner, I feel in =
these matters he must rely heavily on the advice and input from those in =
close association with him such as the folks there with Shundahai and =
that he has not been well advised or fully informed on these matters =
enough to qualify the opinion you attribute to him below as a properly =
informed opinion.  I suggest that you folks look into the facts more =
deeply, perhaps with the consultation of some folks in your network whom =
you trust with a good science background, in order to more accurately =
and fully inform and advise Corbin on all this.  In light of your =
feedback below I would suggest that you have a serious responsibility to =
do so in a timely manner.

Corbin was not present in January 1990 during the Rainbow Uprising =
events I organized in Santa Barbara during which Thomas Banyacya, =
Pilulaw Khus, Jake Swamp, and Yamato, et al, had the opportunity to =
personally meet and talk with Bruce DePalma about his new energy science =
discoveries (not related to LENT) so Corbin may not be aware of their =
favorable impressions of Bruce and his research or that Thomas was moved =
during the following day's sunrise ceremony to specifically offer his =
prayer for the fruition of Bruce's work.  This is why I had hoped you =
all would have been able to make an openminded personal connection with =
Hal and Gary in Las Vegas recently but I gather from your report that =
this did not in fact happen as I had thought it had, at least from Hal's =
report on that meeting.  This to me is unfortunate and I can only hope =
that in future the reality of all this will become more apparent.

No matter what happens on all this stuff I will continue to support =
Corbin and Shundahai in whatever I can do to accomplish our mutual goals =
and I appreciate the difficulties involved for folks to come to grips =
with this new science information because of my own theoretical work in =
these areas and other people's reactions over the past 25 years.

strongly will eventually entirely replace nuclear and fossil fuel power =

yet fully understood "energy field inherent in the space in which =

resides" (DePalma), perhaps related to something called "Zero =
Point=20
Energy" by physicists who have been theorizing it for years and =
fairly=20
recently verified by published experiments showing the "Casimir=20
Effect", or called "Space Power" by Dr. Tewari of India,=20

fuel-less energy=20
devices have labels like Cold Fusion, High Density Charge Cluster energy =

technologies, etc.  The bottom line is that when these new =
technologies=20
(some of which are mentioned in Jeane Manning's book "The Coming =

Revolution", and in "Miracle in the Void" by Brian =
O'Leary)=20
receive adequate attention and development funding they portend the =
elimination=20
of nuclear and other electric power and internal combustion technologies =
because=20
they produce no pollution or wastes, need no fuel, and produce energy at =
far=20
lower costs.</FONT></FONT><FONT size=3D3></FONT></DIV>

yielded the somewhat astonishing result, or "side effect", of =

Patterson Power Cell which was shown on the air (and on a videotape I =

sent you then) to neutralize the radioactivity of uranium over one half =
during a=20
two hour period.  Did you or Corbin see that tape?   If =
so, do=20
you or Corbin think this was faked in some way?   What =
possible=20
motivation do you think folks would have for misrepresenting the truth =
of what=20
they have found in these experiments in light of the enormous scientific =

prejudice against them because they seem to "violate the laws of=20
physics"? </FONT></DIV>

catagories and Hal Fox has presented his transmutation research twice to =

annual meeting of physicists at the American Nuclear Society so it is =

personal understanding of all this as to why you would quote Corbin as=20
thinking/saying that any of us is "lying" about this.  Do =
you=20
think he thinks I am "lying" about all this?   =

(nuclear transmutation) that I had with Corbin was in 1997 a couple of =

after he heard from some researchers about the new energy technologies =

conference we did at UCSB and at that time Corbin said to me "if =
this is=20
really true then they should just do something about it instead of just =
talking=20
about it".  </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=3D3>I can totally understand his/your skepticism on all =
this=20
because such skepticism is widespread even within the DOE beauracracy =
but in my=20
experience it is completely contrary to fact that anyone is =
intentionally=20
misrepresenting the truth about these new discoveries except perhaps =
those=20
scientists under secrecy agreements with the government who are =
developing this=20
new science for military and advanced electromagnetic weaponry =
applications as=20
two decades of circumstantial evidence I have seen indicates to me that =
they=20

the DOE "mainstream scientists" (those on the government =
payroll under=20

investigate all this more deeply has been removed from his position in =
this area=20

network, etc., who have such a large network of collaborators globally =

very serious attention to their opinions and advice on these matters, =

groups have a very important commensurate responsibility to more deeply =

thoroughly investigate these new areas of scientific research and get to =
the=20
real truth behind it rather than offer what seems to be authoritative =
advice on=20
it without fully understanding the underlying facts, no matter how =
prejudiced=20
against all this they may be due to the many times the government or =
their=20
scientists or the DOE have lied to them in the past -- because too much =
is at=20
stake here in the need and opportunity to abolish nuclear power, wastes, =

opinion of all this that you are propagating as the Shundahai position =

opinion was offered, as you say below, without his getting the facts at =

Hal Fox while he was there, is this really an "informed =
opinion" that=20
you feel good about representing globally as Corbin's and Shundahai =
Network's=20
advice on all this, ie, we are just "lying about =
it"?  =20
While I deeply respect Corbin and his advice and opinions on all matters =
as a=20
spiritual leader, teacher, and practitioner, I feel in these matters he =
must=20
rely heavily on the advice and input from those in close association =
with him=20
such as the folks there with Shundahai and that he has not been well =
advised or=20
fully informed on these matters enough to qualify the opinion you =
attribute to=20
him below as a properly informed opinion.  I suggest that you folks =
look=20
into the facts more deeply, perhaps with the consultation of some folks =
in your=20
network whom you trust with a good science background, in order to more=20
accurately and fully inform and advise Corbin on all this.  In =
light of=20
your feedback below I would suggest that you have a serious =
responsibility to do=20

related to LENT) so Corbin may not be aware of their favorable =

Bruce and his research or that Thomas was moved during the following =

sunrise ceremony to specifically offer his prayer for the fruition of =
Bruce's=20
work.  This is why I had hoped you all would have been able to make =
an=20
openminded personal connection with Hal and Gary in Las Vegas recently =
but I=20
gather from your report that this did not in fact happen as I had =
thought it=20
had, at least from Hal's report on that meeting.  This to me is =
unfortunate=20
and I can only hope that in future the reality of all this will become =
more=20
