C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary: The geomagnetic field has been at
quiet to minor storm conditions. A shock passed the ACE spacecraft
at 26/2110 UTC which was followed by a sudden impulse of 18 nt
observed on the Boulder magnetometer at 26/2150 UTC.
