  13. C.  Geomagnetic Activity Summary:  The geomagnetic field activity was
  14. at predominantly quiet to unsettled levels with an isolated period
  15. of active conditions between 18/1500-1800 UTC due in part to the
  16. elevated solar wind speeds (550-650 km/s).  The greater than 2 MeV
  17. electron flux at geosynchronous orbit reached moderate levels today.
