C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet
to active levels. A rising trend in solar wind speed and
fluctuating IMF, in possible association with a weak coronal hole
close to geoeffective longitudes on the sun, caused predominantly
unsettled and isolated active periods throughout the day.
