  3.            ISES Data Exchange Messages for Meudon RWC

  6. On August 16, 2010 the rules for these coded message files will
  7. change. Coded messages from all stations, frequencies, and 
  8. types will be included. This will increase the number of coded
  9. messages, but allows for the addition of new stations.  
  10.

  12. The BOUMEU and BOUMEUSS files contain recent space weather 
  13. data coded in URSIgram codes as received at the Space Weather 
  14. Prediction Center (SWPC) Boulder Colorado. These sets of coded 
  15. messages were selected for re-transmission by the International 
  16. Space Environment Service (ISES) Meudon Regional Warning Center
  17. (RWC).
