  3.            ISES Data Exchange Messages for Canadian RWC

  6. On August 16, 2010 the rules for these coded message files will
  7. change. Coded messages from all stations, frequencies, and 
  8. types will be included. This will increase the number of coded
  9. messages, but allows for the addition of new stations.  
  10.

  12. The BOUCAN files contain recent space weather data coded in
  13. URSIgram codes as received at the Space Weather Prediction 
  14. Center (SWPC) Boulder Colorado. This set of coded messages
  15. was selected for re-transmission by the International Space
  16. Environment Service (ISES) Canadian Regional Warning Center
  17. (RWC).
