  1. EXE and DLL files in English WinRAR distribution package include
  2. the digital signature. It does not interfere with .lng and rarlng.dll based
  3. localization methods, but if you prefer to edit resources directly
  4. in .exe files, you need to use unsigned executables for this purpose.
  5. If you edit a signed executable, it may result in invalid digital
  6. signture reported by operating system. So we provide unsigned EXE and DLL
  7. in this archive for such cases.

  10. if you use .lng files or rarlng.dll.
